I want to give it, minus stars. I know someone who lives there, it is a very sad place to call home. The lot rent has been raised three times in 18 months. Yes, there's been new tar on the roads which looks horrible, a very terrible job. This is a very poorly managed trailer park. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone..

Found a letter all wet on my front porch that was dated Aug 31 but delivered Sept 2nd. It told me I Have to power wash my trailer by Sept 9th. I’ve hand washed and painted 3 sides of my home working when I can between rain and heat. Then they had the roads paved and dusted everyone. No mention of that! This letter gives you a week to do the job. WTH Then the are now telling me how to keep the inside of my home? Fix your broken blinds. Guess what I was planning on waiting until my daughter finds a home for her cats I’m caring for so I don’t have to replace them several times. Way to controlling here. They also have a fire pit that smokes all the immediate homes and plan to put in picnic tables and grills that will attract rodents. I honestly would move if I could afford to.

Lived here two years. DO NOT recommend. Poor communication, Poorly management. Change and implement new policies and rules at the drop of hat and without notice or input. You are 100% at the mercy of management with no community or resident input....

This park had my car towed while I was unloading it. Parked in my front yard, blocking no one or the street and actively unloading my car they had it towed. This is a terrible place to live. The hate their residents obviously. This place needs to be shut down before more innocent people are hurt.

The park is nice and neat, very quiet and pleasant. The real estate agent who works for them is horrible. Tried to get basic directions to find the trailer several times to finally be told to just use a link. The link does not tell you lot number and how to navigate the park. Also took off work to go to the open house only to find out when we got there that they switched days. Not professional. Agent said "well, I told you" but never did. She knew we were on our way to see it and still said nothing until after we got there.

Visited with my family and loved the park so much we sold our home recently from Cocoa Beach and buying in this park soon. Love it here, residence are very friendly, office personal are very helpful

I have two cars, the which are parked on my porch, one on the side of my trailer and they tell me that I can't have it there, why not if it's on my porch .. there I have nowhere to put it I'm new here… from the beginning I thought it was bad idea to buy here and now I realize that it was a very bad idea

I'm very happy I moved here after I visited my family nearby I've been here since October and I've only had one issue on my property, but maintenance came over right away and we're very friendly and polite and worked on correcting the issue. Since being here I've met a lot of very nice neighbors, everyone's friendly.. Park is very clean and quiet, I feel safe here with the exception of commercial vehicles driving over the posted speed limit.

Can’t believe this has four stars. I know someone who lives here. They will quickly jack up your rent quickly. If you complain about anything they will find random things they can put on your door to mess with you, even though the “problem” is not a “problem” at several other trailers. Vindictive management

I'm a good friend of someone who lives here. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. Don't move here.

Same group that owns Causeway Village. Same manager that rides around in a golf cart handing out citiations by the dozens. Same manager who speaks down to senior residnets. Same manager that has a mean streak and can't seem to realize she works for the residents. Another example of a Lakeshore property in decline. BTW (manager), save your return comments as it's all nonsense and means nothing. Now go pay for more positive Google reviews to cover up the bad ones. Want to retire in an MHP? Buy the property and if you can't; rent a condo but for God's sake stay away from Lakeshore and their fanatical mis-managed nightmare collection of properties.

I've lived here just at a year....was scared at first as I heard negative comments from my neighbors but I have only had positive experiences. Living in a 55 plus community has it's challenges....some folks just have too much time to complain and focus on the negatives, not good things. Management is responsive and now have someone in the Community office 5 days a week, that helps. My attitude is treat folks with respect and how you would want to be treated and it comes back to you. Didn't give 5 stars as we all have room for improvement. :)
