Absolutely GARBAGE customer service from this dreadful wench on this Halloweekend. Refused to give her name or any support after the organization messed up our scheduling for the second time in a row. First time, an appointment was made and confirmation sent out and we arrived to no appointment and we were sent to another city. This time, the confirmation call I received told me that the appointment was actually for the day after the email confirmation. Upon arrival she IMMEDIATELY caught an attitude. I’m autistic and even I could figure out she was being a downright nasty see you next Tuesday from the get go. Flabbergasted. If I could give zero stars I would. Was a consistent patient but will be spreading the word across town to avoid this place like the plague now.

Love this MM Doctor. The automatic appointment setting, the kind and attentive receptionist, the joyful demeanor of the doctor and best of all the online forms!! Love the ease and smoothness of the recertification process! Plus it’s a mile walking distance from home!!

Shacora and Jessica are absolutely fabulous,they were informative and helpful to someone who is new to the process. They let us know where all the great deals in the area were. The Dr was fast thorough and funny.

Dr. Krutsick and the team made this experience extremely efficient, easy and streamlined. The staff has a great vibe and seems to really enjoy their time here and helping people. On top of that Jake made some great recommendations on things to help me with some of my problems I didn't even realize. It's a great little spot downtown!

I went here yesterday as a first time patient, and I was really nervous, but Dr. K and his staff made this experience very comforting and easy! I would say from the time I went into his office to leaving, it was about 10 minutes MAX, and I did end up getting approved for my med card! The doctor and all of the staff were so nice, the office was very clean and organized, and all of my questions were answered 😊 I'm definitely sticking with this place, and I highly recommend!

The scheduling for appointments in this office is garbage. My wife had an appointment 6 months in advance. We got there 15min earlier and had to wait outside until they opened up because they were on lunch break (understandable). Once inside, the receptionist told us that my wife didn’t have an appointment for that day. She told us that her appointment was in fact 3 days earlier and she had been marked as a “No Show”. My wife only received an email notifying her that her appointment was on the 15th of November. She never received any rescheduling notification. When we tried explaining this to the receptionist she just brushed it off and blamed everything on the “system”. She said the system makes mistakes all the time and double books and even triple books patients. But they don’t assume responsibility for this faulty system. It looks like they’ve been using the same system and same excuse for some time now as I clearly remember the same thing happening 6 months ago for my wife’s previous appointment. You can tell the this is very common issue as I noticed multiple patients encountering scheduling issues upon their arrival. 4 patients had to reschedule for another day while I waited for my wife to fill out the docs. If you provide a service and your “scheduling system” double books and triple books patients and also reschedules patients appointments without notifying them YOU CLEARLY HAVE AND ISSUE. This is disrespectful and inconsiderate to your patients valuable time. I would NOT recommend this office to anybody. -1 ⭐️

Great, fast and easy process to get certified. I have been coming here for 3 years now. And the continence of the location you can't beat you can walk out and shop right next door!

Easy to make appointment. Fast easy process…but they will charge you 3 separate times! One for the state charge, one for their doctors visit and finally for the 7 month membership costing $339.75 ( not including buying any product). But they are able to get your license approved for purchases, before you walk out the door.

This office has an amazing staff. Beware of their membership subscription though. The corporate office needs some revamping. They are not easy to deal with if something goes wrong. The staff in this particular location saved me from the hassle of looking for a new doctor though. They are super caring, friendly, efficient and kept me coming back!

Excellent location! I am a South Tampa native and made the trip out here based on all the good things I read! Doctor was extremely sensitive to my needs. I have no doubt the entire company has excellent doctors all around. 10000/10 would recommend.

3rd Appointment in the clinic and WOW! They are verbally abusive staff at the front desk. The office stinks badly of cooking and onions upon arrival. The staff is highly unprofessional and talking about their personal life loudly for all to hear. Nothing about this place should read “medical” in the business description. Now for the good part! This was very disappointing as I am sat here now at 30 min behind my appointment and the office is accepting people ahead of me. They left me waiting outside in the rain for 15 min as the office was closed for a lunch break. When the door opened 4 people rushed in ahead of me and one was seen with no appointment even though mine was made months ago.

I love this location. I've been coming here for a couple years now and don't plan on changing doctors. They always help me out with anything that I need and never leave any question unanswered. Love these guys!

Front desk staff is amazing. They put up with a lot from the public but keeps things running smoothly. Only place I go for my medical needs. Definitely give them a shot. Best decision I ever made

Front office staff is great. Very polite and helpful. Location is close to home. However time management may need a little work. Never had to wait over an hour for my appointment. Other locations I am in and out in 20 minutes.

They made the process of getting my card so smooth and were extremely helpful in talking about the science behind marijuana and all of its uses!

Very friendly staff at both Tampa and St Pete locations. Made me feel at ease and at home. They explain everything and help thru the process of getting registered with the state! Love them! Oh and convenient payment plans!
