I attended the movie premiere of World Of Pain, by the Great Acholi Cultural Movie Industry (GACUMI). The Taks Center offered a great facility for the event with a bar/concessions window, a lit stage outside for the dance performance pre-show, and a large enough room to accommodate the 200 or so attending to be comfortable without getting crowded.

TAKS is an interesting place. It's great for quiet meetings. Local food is prepared well and fairly priced. It's cool to be able to meet outside under the trees on hot days.

It's a wonderful resource center. Great excellence where art and talent is cherished.

Your one stop spot for almost everything... From a 🏪 convenience store to the amazing cultural dances they've got it all.... Incase you need the internet there's a cafe in there too, and if that gut is failing you there is a great gym in there and a lot of open space too.
