It was nice but rooms need to improve on the services offered

Room rates are afforded, services are awesome and yet again walkable distance to the city centre.

Dove's Nest Hotel in Gulu has great food, great people, great ambience and great rooms. It is easily a home away from home and a great place to work. The customer experience is probably unmatched in the region.

The staff are very hospitable. Richard, at the front desk, is a delight. He went out of his way to make sure we were all comfortable

Very good rooms and breakfast. However I couldn't sleep for 2 straight nights due to untolerably loud music from the neighbouring joint hosting a traditional wedding. I propose that the two neighbours discuss and prioritise comfort of guests.

Very basic, absolutely nothing to do here. Arrived at 3pm, hungry, unfortunately food was not available until 'around 6-6.30pm'. Airco leaked a river of water which they did nothing about for the 3 days i was there. Good for backpackers or low budget travellers but there are way better hotels, for similar room prices, in Gulu.

It was the poorest service I received from an establishment that passes for a hotel. We were for a seminar and all the meals were at least one hour late. The number of staff perhaps doesn't match the quality of service they are supposed to offer. Not advisable for conferences and events.

Was personally not comfortable with rhe bed and mattress. Even covering was limited just like the pillows were very thin.

Quite place, friendly staff, rooms are fine. However, breakfast needs to be improved to fit that of Hotels and self service of drinking warm water in rooms.

The Ros are okay but no amenities are available

Customer care is good. Complained about a faulty water heater and it was duly fixed. Was given constant updates on status of my complaint

A very cleaned and nice looking place with very friendly staff and good service ! For that small price there is nothing better to find in Gulu! We was in different hotels in Gulu before! The restaurant has not a long waiting time and the rooms are very ok for that class of hotel! Our next stay in Gulu will be again there!

The atmosphere is conducive though the power outage made the stay not so enjoyable
