Not sure if you can fair it all depends on what you think of it Bomah hotel as it all in the middle of the City of Gulu swimming pool, Gymnasium, conference room and reception to the high standard

It's a cool and place to chill and to have fun as a family or individual

I love the pool, however the service is not always the best

It was my fist ti and found very helpful and Customer oriented staff who interacted with me led by Okello. Pleasant fellow who engagement very high level and interesting conversations. I would recommend this place but would request management to sign post it from the Elephant that welcomes one to Gulu.

Offers wide range of services,accommodation is awesome,gym services available,conference facilities,swimming pool,tongue licking and appetising meals not forgetting their live bands over the weekend

It's alovely chilling place to have time and relaxing too

The hotel needs to improve their hot water system. You can't claim to be about saving the environment but hot water runs after 15 minutes,to that's too much water wasted. Consider installing instant heaters. They also do not supervise their cleaners or emphasize disinfecting the bathroom tiles and toilet seats, I saw black mold spots on the bathroom tiles. Otherwise, everything else was okay.

We came here for swimming. The pool was clean and nice. The food in the restaurant was delicious and served even before the promised time.

It's in a good location, and quite. Looks fancy too and a good place for conferences. But if you are having conferences, make sure that you negotiate good breakfast cause they'll give you a stringy cake and a blunt vegetable samosa.

its a relatively old hotel the rooms have a lot of furniture which is redundant. Room service is too slow. The hotel has a good swimming pool, Gym, Steam and Sauna. The break fast served is horrible too dry their meals generally are not the best.

we stopped in this place on the way to masindi. place and ambience is very nice. staffs are bit slow to attend clients as we had to wait long to give even food and drinks order. but staffs are polite. food is good. a good place to stay and relax as they have swimming pool in the hotel.

Had not been to the hotel in a while and was happy to return and find some familiar faces still friendly as ever. Standards are still high, staff are still happy and serving with dedication.

I had booked room for 2 days .13th and 14th of July. As I drive in, I am told parking is full and I should come later. I was like, are you kidding... I entered my room, and the first thing I asked was AC working. And I was told yes, though it didn't work. At midnight, I went to reception and was of no help. Morning breakfast to be served at 6.30 and I reach at 6.45 and they were still struggling. No fruits and ....

Well expensive but I really enjoyed it. And I love their fish fingers with fries. I would have given it a 5 if their pool side was clearly separated from the kid's pool because I feel like a child can easily slight.

Hotel rooms spacious and clean. Gym and spa available. Nice gardens. Very friendly and helpful staff. Strong WiFi everywhere in the compound. The only deal breaker... NO HOT SHOWER!! 🙄🙄. I mean.. Cold shower??

One of the best accommodations in Gulu city that can accommodate a number of people with a number of rooms. On the other hand it has the best health club in the city with great ambiance and open throughout the day. Accommodation rates are affordable.

Free mangoes hotel is what I would call it. After a long day, walking under the magoes tree and hearing the sound of ripe mangoes falling from the trees. Welcoming me to Gulu. Mmmmhhh. I had a fruitful meeting here and even carried away several mangoes for making juice.

The location is close to the local market. There is a amazing swimming pool with a deep depth. There is wifi everywhere except for the garden.

Old, poor service, needs renovation

I stayed at this hotel during one of my business visits to Gulu city. This hotel is situated very near to the central market area of the city, and had almost 50% guests whi were foreigners. The room was very clean, maintained & calm. The shower was also very clean. Wifi speed & reception was also fast enough to stream videos. There was ample parking space for the guests' cars. The restaurant had a good vibe & the breakfast served had many options. I look forward to staying at this hotel again & highly recommend it to the business as well as leisure travellers.

Bomah is a great hotel for out-of-town guests. The rooms are pricier but better quality than other places around town, there is gated security at all times, a large pool, gym and steam room, they offer yoga at various times throughout the week, and their food is very good, albeit somewhat pricy in terms of the quantity given. They also do not allow food or drinks to be brought in from outside for those using the pool for the day (10k), but I'm not sure what the policy is for guests. (The gym is another 10k, and yoga is 8k.)

A excellent hotel if you decide to visit Gulu city. That have with a lot of details in your facilities as a pool, a gym, a bar with live music, WiFi in all hotel, comfortable rooms

Classic hotel in Northern Uganda. Best menu you can find

Beautiful spot, nice gardens and the pool is great. The service was not so great. No toilet paper in the washrooms by the pool, we had to round up a waiter to take our order and it took another hour and half before our food came. No one came to give us a check so we walked to the desk and waited for 15 or so minutes before they could figure out our bill. Enjoyed the space but not the service.

Great lunch and breakfast. Smart and hospital staff. Best accommodation within Gulu city. Keep it up. Rooms are self contained with all the essentials one who require for a night.👍
