Your
hotel
is
great.
I
like
the
beauty
and
ambience
but
unfortunately
the
service
is
not
on
point.
How
can
a
room
of
a
resident
who
is
checked
in
for
3
nights
be
cleaned
at
5-6pm
without
apology
when
you
ask?
Rudeness
seems
to
come
so
naturally
to
some
of
you
workers
who
must
interohase
with
residents,
someone
is
told
to
run
water
until
it
becomes
hot,
and
yet
even
30mins
of
running
it
the
vwater
is
still
cold!
Do
they
even
know
how
much
water
is
run
in
30
mins?
Security
also
seems
to
be
very
slack.
Breakfast
coild
also
be
improved
with
at
least
one
version
of
cereal.
When
you
promise
a
resident
who's
checked
for
more
than
one
night
that
you're
goibg
to
work
on
some
fault
in
their
room,
please
deliver.
In
a
nutshell,
i
was
quite
disappointed
by
Kakanyero
yet
I
liked
its
location,
smartness
and
ambiance
