THE PLACE is fine on the outside, a very big hotel. Clean place, the corridors are designed well and clean always. THE ROOMS of this place are clean the bed sheets are clean, the rooms are ok. THE BAD thing about this place is the rooms the owners don't care about this place because if they did the rooms wouldn't have plumbing problems, rooms 27,28,29 should be checked like ASAP. I could brush my teeth cause the sink couldn't do sink water, I was lucky the toilets flushed, imagine if they couldn't. But all in all I managed to sleep there two days safe and came back with my friends all ok.

Broken sinks, water pressure is low, sometimes no water at all. Definitely NOT a 4-star hotel. Rooftop is nice though. Great vibe up there

An amazing place at the city centre with nice space, great food and more interestingly an open roof top with a cool breeze and nice view of the city. Try it and you'll love it.

Skip the hotel, it's not very nice. But please DO go to the roof and enjoy some of the BEST food in Gulu, prepared by arguably the best chefs in Gulu. Here is the BEST pizza in town, made per your instructions to the amazing chefs..

Good and bad points. Accommodation is ok starting from 25k self contained however they tell you that you can't check in until 2pm(every other guesthouse in Gulu you check in morning) they told me they only have one bed sheet per bed, so need to wash dry and iron before anyone can get a room. The customer service for the receptionist was very poor, ignored me kept me waiting, it was 10:30am and staff sitting around not doing anything busy on their phones, not one person cleaning the rooms, and I am shocked that a hotel doesn't have extra bed sheets every other guesthouse has spare bed sheets, so in the morning they can clean the room and instantly put clean sheets on, the room is ready within 15-20mins. Management should address these issues. Only good points is Upstairs has a large bar, and restaurant, as well as coffee machine, and traditional pizza oven. A nice place to chill out and relax. But accommodation part is poor due issues mentioned

No reserved parking space available, drinks are available of numerous brands and juices too. Food orders delay alot but worth the wait,

Great location in the City Center but that's the only good thing you will get here. You will find courtesy and hospitality far fetched. The heater in my room wasn't working and to cap it all up there's a loud bar on the rooftop. I wouldn't recommend.

Good food, nice place to party and vibe a bit. I'm more quiet so it's a bit loud for me. I never stayed here, just ordered food. Probably wouldn't be able to sleep with the loud music 24/7, they should tone it down a bit.

There rooms are the worst. Showers don't function and the beds are worn out, talk about the mattresses. They only have nice food.

Perfect place to chill, loved it

last night we ate in this splendid place, the pizza was exquisite, the ingredients of first quality, the boss a really kind person who cares about the customers

This hotel is in the center of Gulu City in Northern Uganda. It has an ample parking yard on a separate plot of land directly opposite the hotel. All rooms are self contained and pocket friendly, avarage cost per room per night is about $10. Management don't provide free breakfast in the morning. There is a restaurant and a bar upstairs on the rooftop. The bar operates for 24hrs for clients in the rooms.

There is need to tighten security, and improve on customer care services

If there was -1 I would give to this place. Irrespective of the fact is a cool place the manger does not understand the customers have rights. Too noisy, can't even have a discussion. For the noise levels it better to be outside
