It's not about this place but McDonald's preparation. It's quality is changed so much. I don't feel like having it now at all. We ordered burger and it was such bad burger. No sald nothing . Just a dollop of Mayo and lettuce. We dint like and told d staff dey gave us d money right away.

Oh you got McDonald in a dead mall yeah get ready for a bad experience the staff is not ready to accept the offer you got on the McDonald app we had call the manager ti avail the offer and the staff is to rude the food was okay but we paid extra for mayonnaise and didn't even apply on the burger too bad I will not recommend this restaurant.

The food was great as usual. Only the service was bit slow. Overall must go place.

Good quality and cheap prices , staff is okayish and I can spend some time here with my friends . It's just a decent place , Quite like it . I usually order a mcpuff since I don't eat much junk but I tend to enjoy that. Oreo ice-cream is also really good. Do try these items.

Place is not clean. Staff do not clean tables properly after guests have left. Only one counter works due by which there was a long queue. Staff do not take correct instructions of drinks order in the first go. Place is very dull and less lighting.

I gave 4 stars because of take away.The packing of drink was little bit bad.You guys have to just improve the drink handling packing.As I take away drink as well,it fall out from the exact position just after 7-8 minutes due to wetness of it.Otherwise the burger 🍔 wss really good wrapped 🎁. Thanks for your kind treat. See you next year again.

Very bad experience. Restaurant staff behaviour not good. Even after waiting 20 minutes for just small order. Order still preparing. I lost my patient so i cancel my order.

Hi, this McDonald's is quite close to my house and I regularly visit them to use the offers on their app. The only problem I face is that despite having 3-4 order computers, they only open one of them which leads to quite a big line of customers. Also, their service is bit slower than usual McDonald's, may ve due to lack of staff. Otherwise the atmosphere and ambience is good

The food is good ofcourse because of the company's receipes but here I want to put light on the cleanliness of the premises........it stinks because they use some local floor cleaner I guess as well as I went there and was ordering the food. I asked your employee named pallavi to let me check if there is any offer in your app. She rudely said in Hindi, madam jaldi apni payment kro. Maine order daal dia hai ab. As if the order detail will be vanish from their screen after 2 minutes. Though there was no one in the queue behind me. I found her behavior very inappropriate. Plus whenever they got any order, the whole staff left the counter and start preparing the order. We have to wait for 5 minutes so that somebody attend us. AND THERE ARE FLIES TOO.

I visited here today for first time. But order taker denied to take order without any reason. When i asked her again how much time it ll take she simply said i cant tell anything. I dont understand what kind of hospitality they have. Will never go there again!!

Got to know that Mc Donald has stopped giving straw with beverages when we demanded it from there staff. As they denied stating we do not give straws in dine in orders. However with previous order they have given. Manager is good but behaviour of staff was not upto expectations

Staff is not that good. They try to save McDonald's some money even when company is providing offers and discount to customers. This is second time I received lame excuse for not providing me offer. 1st time was at Burger King. BK employees give some of the worst excuses. It's not like companies are deducting offer discount from your salaries. These so called global brands should look into this. Food is good but ordering experience is not.

order from mobile is very convenient and small rate difference is also there but restaurant send u the order ready status but will not give order even after 15 min. So time is one issue

Needs a makeover, place is dirty, the staff does not use masks as per protocol, found the masks hanging on there chins and ears. The place definitely needs cleaning and some real room freshners to get rid of that weord smell.

Obviously dont expect a great ambience.. The food is tasty, service is prompt and its totally value for money. Go here to grab a quick bite.

Food was good afterall it is McDonald's but AC was not working and service was pathetic. Person on the counter was nice and polite but she was confuse.

New addition - Butter Paneer Grilled Burger is a great choice for all the veggies out there. Paneer marinated to the perfection was a bliss.
