Staff is very rude with patients speacilly Miss Rajbir (opdstaff )they don’t know how to talk with politely with patient:)it becomes very rude The staff is difficult to deal with, but the doctor is competent, knowledgeable, and listens to you attentively. The treatment she provides is very effective .

Dr. Kiran Arora is very polite and knowledgeable, she's been really great at helping me during my pregnancy. Staff is also well trained and helpfull, especially Rajbeer.

Very poor knowledge of doctors here.... Charge way too much... Though rooms are nice and clean.... Not recommended at all...

Doctor is not coming on time ...opd timings are 11:00 am......but doctor come at 12:30..not appreciated

A hell place with Dr. Rakesh Arora as a main beast.Don't know if he has actual medical degree or not. First they will start any treatment with ICU.(even if it is a small injury or anything) Don't have specialised Doctors which we are not expecting too. Not all hospitals do traps with patients but ARORA HOSPITAL definitely does. First thing you must do when you and your love one is in Arora hospital just take LAMA or discharge and get him out of there. This is not just verbal I experienced it .

Hospital nursing staff are not proper way on duty

This hospital provides exceptional care. The staff is compassionate, and the facilities are clean and modern. My experience here was positive, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. Highly recommended.I find the services excellent at arora Hospital. My overall experience here specially ICU staff too good. Hats off to such a brilliant team of doctors, nurses and other staff members. Great!!!

Dr kiran Arora is the best gynecologist at Amritsar city.. My experience with her personally very affectionate, humble n cooperative.A trained Medical staff is 24 hrs available in hospital n we never faced any issue during our stay..all t staff members are very nice especially Rajbir...

I am very thankful to this hospital and Dr. Arora Reddy for curing my father's health problem with his skillfull treatment . And also Paras ICU staff very politely treated me and my family , thanku so much to all staff members .
