Worst experiance i have started a kitty in kalyan and they are not cooperative at all . Coustmer dealing is worst never going to visit that store ever again.

I visited the store for exchange . A close friend of mine gifted me silver articles bought from here . I went for exchange of size & some alteration of chain. Upon entering a lady greeted me and enquired me why i have visited. While i was telling she started laughing and chuckling seeing another colleague. This is completely pathetic way to greet customers . Kindly teach your staff specially females how to treat another female ! The way she treated me felt like insult to me !

Very poor infrastructure and service. If you want to spend money go to a better store where you will have a good experience.

Yaar overall it is good but the thing is what we want is not available at that time and where website offers zero making charge they are still charging it in store

Branded showroom on mall road for purchase of gold ornaments. Staff is really helpful and co operative. They have got lots of variety of gold ornaments like bangles, rings necklace bracelets and other gold and diamond jewelry. Parking is available but at times it is very rushy.

Bad experience regarding my first shopping, delay in everything, no discipline. They never stay on their words.

I have bought a pair of anklets amounting to Rs.6,000 approx. Vrry bad experience even after repairing they kept on breaking for about 2 to 3 months when decided to get them exchanged they dropped the price to 2,000. Will not recommend it to anyone out there.

Bought silver ring but ring became dull after 1 month, when visited again they said it's normal thing that ring has lost shine as it was just coated. This is not at all good as this should be informed while selling.
