Update: Wonderful service I must say!!! Good team of caring doctors and helpful nursing staff. I had to visit the hospital for general check up and had a very pleasant experience today. I must say a big thanks to Dr. Sakthi and Dr. Vijay for their detailed examination and explanation. And of course the Covid protocols were followed promptly. ---------- My first visit earlier was not so good because of the poor experience at the opticals. Otherwise it's a good hospital to go for.

Well experienced doctors, caring support staff, seetha clean atmosphere. They do all these for a nominal fees. The hospitals policy has serving people at their core. The Hospital handling the patients were at-most care. The words which they are using was healing and giving confident to patients. My father had a fear for operation of his eye. We went to one hospital 2 times , Even though my father don't having B.P and Sugar but because of fear BP increases so we can't operate in that hospital. After some days we went to Eye foundation Hospital today checkup and tomorrow operation. Now he completely all right. Special thanks to INDHUMATHI mam who is in help desk of this hospital. She explain each and everything in phone and she fixed appointment. The next day we went to hospital and everything was done perfectly. My family was so happy after my father's operation. Thanks to Justdial because i asked one hospital number with that they send another hospitals numbers also through that INDHUMATHI mam called us and everything happened fine. I have gone for my father's catract surgery for Both eyes, since because of existing Neuro problems, it made us more difficult to process. Dr.ABIRAMI mam gave us clear guidelines and started surgery, Eventhough it was difficult for us, doctor has taken all the burden and after 1 hour surgery my father was very much happy. My mother had his cataract surgery here and the experience was very seamless and beautiful. We stay abroad and my parents are by themselves and at the time of the surgery we were all a bit anxious. I went to Eye foundation this morning. The service was simply great. All preliminary check ups were done on time. Staffs were attending patients in prompt manner with proper follow up. Diagnosis was done by doctor Manjula madam and she was so kind and explained the issue and advised on how to prevent the issue that I went for. She is a great physician. Continue to do the great work Eye foundation.

Friendly staff, good doctors and we got our check up done at faster speed. And doctors advise you right things that you should follow for your treatment.

We had a comfortable and confident discussion with Dr. Sakthi Rajeswari during check up. Staff nurses and their guidance during check up and after surgery also good. Cleanliness is good. There is a TV display explaining about eye and problems in the waiting area.

Better Hospitalisation, I used to surgery my father's both eyes and he's doing well now. Staff's behavior were perfect.

Have to do wait a long. I have been waiting since 3 hours but no proper response. For normal eye check up they will take hours this you can do for free in lenskart in 10 min Waste of time

As well as Cashless treatment is not paying balance amount taking treating and getting refund.A client holds Insurance to face his critical situation on medical emergencies and also for medical assistance....After surgery or procedure the hospital admin team has to send treatment details with a discharge summary proceed for the claim to insurance company ,they use to examine the treatment and settle the claim.But All kind of preliminary test will be taken for patient and ask them to pay the balance amount and go to treatment You're pushing the patient to pay the amount last minute.Most of them not interested in argument or time waste paying the amount and taking the treatment finish off the work. More over you are precautions to collect the amount from the patient. This is for ur information once your hospital sends the documents after surgery within two hours the claim will be settled in the hospital . So I am interested to speak with you regarding this matter Thanku

I took my dad to this center after he was complaining about vision problems. The check-in/reception staff were very warm and kind. The initial screening was smooth and the staff members were all nice and considerate. We consulted with the center head. He is one of the nicest doctors overall in Erode. He is very down to earth, talks gently and respectfully. He explained the issue and the treatment plan very clearly. We had a great experience at this center overall.
