This review is just to bring something important to the notice of the patients who visit this clinic and the authorities themselves. We take my grandmother to this nice clinic very close to our home and the service have been quite OK. But what really struck me to surprise was the way the staff asks for the patient/accompanying person's phone and without even asking permission or consent, they access the browser or the YouTube to rate (5 stars, well self review!!) or subscribe the doctor's channel. This is borderline infringement of privacy and mere fraud in a sense, because the 5 stars are given by themselves to themselves. As an organisation thats meant for patient service, this is quite misleading and unexpected to the patients! And I need to add that as in the reply from the clinic, its not like the staff asks if you need help or not. They just ask for your phone and then without even mentioning what they are doing in it, they subscribe and give the review themselves. Please do not cover up with nice reply, rather please try to ask the people for their consent 🙂

Best treatment I got from suresh Kumar Dr. Iam very confident. Last about fifteen yrs. Iam struggled. Now Iam relaxed very well. &Iam happy

Its been 9 years since i checked my mother in law here. In the last two consulting time i had faced problems from the front desk.Espicially the lady manager and the cashier from the reception. They doesn't know how to handle the customers. Never recommend others.

No special consideration for patients who are really old and unwell. If you are in a situation that you cannot even walk, still you have to take a token and wait here.

I was satisfied till today's appointment.Today Dr. Suresh Kumar P adviced to my mother that to reduce body weight. Mother who is at 70 years old and having chronic liver disease asked to Dr. Suresh Kumar P, what should i do to reduce my body weight. He replied that paste your face mask at your face permanently for one week. It may work for you. I was shocked. How a reputed professional can talk like this.
