Horrible Ambiance: The restaurant ambiance is horrible, the food tastes below average (as mentioned by other reviews) but the premise is not well maintained they do not offer hand wash soap and the washroom is not usable, when asked the owner address the cleanliness issue, the individual gave a rash answer And provided only one tissue paper per plate of food ordered, and reacted like a dog and didn't even offer hand tissue. With this mentality of the hotels management resulted in empty tables at the restaurant which was self explanatory for the dull business at the restaurant. Hope the best for the other business present in the premise

Neat rooms and looks like the best option in Gundalpet...food was also not exceptional but manageable...One bad point is the bathroom was not at all neat in the bedroom .. maintenance is needed

They are treating very bad, there's no TV , washroom nothing... If you visit there with your family definitely.. u feeel like **Brothel House**.. Room full of Drinks, cigrate, girls.. etc. It's like a mini bar 🍺. I suggested this is not secure for couples, family, suitable for BOYZ only, if u not give tips for watchman, he scolding the word "Hogo lowda duddu ila Andre shata ariyoke banda" antha.. Shockingly Poor Treatment by Hotel Staff - Beware! I recently had a deeply troubling experience at rocky mist and I feel compelled to share my experience to ensure others are aware of what they might encounter. From the moment I checked in, the staff's behavior was far from hospitable. They were dismissive, rude, and showed a complete lack of concern for their guests' comfort. It felt like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to stay there. The issues continued throughout my stay. Requests for basic amenities were met with eye rolls and sighs, as if I was inconveniencing them by simply asking for what I had paid for. When I raised concerns about a cleanliness issue in my room, they not only refused to address it promptly but also seemed to imply that I was making it up. I understand that every hotel might have its occasional hiccups, but the complete disregard for guest satisfaction here was astonishing. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. I strongly advise potential guests to think twice before booking a stay here, as there are plenty of other options that value and respect their patrons.

We had been to this resturant for Lunch yesterday. 17 of us had gone. We ordered Fish curry meals. Now everyone are affected with food poison. I wonder what have they added in that food that all 17 are facing same issue. There 4 toddlers and they too have food poison. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Pathetic service and not a clean place

I booked a double AC room but after reaching home they said, AC is under renovation and gave a normal room. The bathroom roof was having a leakage which stinks.

We tried days special menu fish biryani. Biryani provided with fish fry were tasted marvelous. I just loved the masala and fish fry they provided. We also ordered egg fried rice and it's not bad. Only recommendation is to avoid more oil in all the dishes.

Doesn't seem to be operational much. The first guy said something about food availability. Hence, we ordered something else. Another guy came and said "it is available now, what you ordered isn't", so we had no choice than to eat whatever was served. Felt like we were forced to eat irrespective of our choice. The first was rude as well in his way of telling things, overall not good experience

Very worst food. Dont ever go to this hotel in search of food. I ordered Ghee roast and Masala Dosa and both were too small in size and tasted sour. The tea was just average. I dont know about the rooms, but if youre planning to have any kind of food from here, I strongly suggest you not to go in there.

We stopped at the restaurant for breakfast, they had only 3 items in their menu, idly (no vada), dosa and poori thats it. The washroom was also not clean, someone vomitted on the floor itself and it wasnt cleaned also. Very bad experience.

If you stop here after seeing the hotel, you are looted and cheated. This place serve worst food and make you wait hrs. The manager and the waiter are rude. The manger even shout on the security guard who is an old man and does his duty. They severe ice cold biryani, served chicken kebab as chicken lollypop. Even the veg food was below average. Better you drive 30 min towards mysuru and eat there.

This is just a horrific hotel. All are drunk including staffs. We entered at late night with family and got scared when we saw staffs were drinking and entire floor badly smelling. Room is terrific, main door not getting locked and bathroom door not having option to lock. No hand flush and other facilities.

I read all the reviews, and decided not to go there! But our situation demanded us to try. First week of September 2022, around 10:30 pm - 11pm we were hungry and we found no place to eat except this one! Reading all the review I was skeptic to even enter. But there was this one guy who came out and told we are serving chapathi, parota but no rice we asked him any hotels that’ll be open he suggested one hotel so we went towards that place but asked him to wait for us to return thinking what if that hotel was closed! So the hotel he suggested was closed so we returned to misty rock We did not go in for dinning we ordered our food to the same guy and we waited in our car Yes it’s true that drunk ppl come here, while we were waiting we saw a car pull by to go inside they were all drunk. We ordered 8 chapathi, dal fry and we requested for little curd aswell. Total was 230/- for two We ordered staple food not to risk, and it was good. I regret two things here We did not ask his name and couldn’t click picture of the food. Over all humble service and good food (what we ate)

Worst place to stay..cleaning is not proper...no proper hospitality....fungus infected smell all over the rooms...reception people don't know to speak properly....parking caretaker asks money and moreover says "you paid less" even after paying 20rs...

Very good resort...Rooms were clean..service was good...and water supply was very good... Affordable price also..It's 1000 rupees per night and 300 for extra bed.

Yes it is clean and in Good place but Service is Not Good We were not even provided 2 plates where we needed as we had bought food from outside We asked for Drinking water and that too was not provided If wanted should take Bisleri or No And Chai it's the worst ever I have Drunk ... Staffs need to learn how to behave with guests, even after booking room they denied to provide room, could have properly explained the problems, but Receptionist was very rude not only to me but to all the guest who were there . (I have posted what i experienced and what i saw)

I am writing here about the restaurant service and one server boy there. First of all they are understaffed and they cannot absolutely manage the crowd. They take forever to even take orders from the customers and if we call them the server boy speaks really harsh and arrogant. He ended up telling "no food". This is a note to the owner your having a restaurant in the highway if u can't run it well please shut it down. Suggestion to peopl there is cafe coffee day and Udupi close to this one you better stop there for food rather than this stupid place

Location ia good. We ordered chicken thali which was spicy as hell. Below average restaurant. Not hygenic.

Stopped here for lunch. The hotel was empty and few dishes like naan were not available. Location is convenient as this is on highway. Ambiance is fine, almost clean and tidy. Better than unhygienic dhaba.

gone through old reviews about this place and yet decided to stay here. Well i had a very comfortable stay with cooperative staff and room service. Food was tasty enough and no hassle.

There is no hot water to Bath, get irresponsible answers by staff, they will not allow to stay if we book the room from MMT..

Staff wasn't helpful at all. They didn't even provide drinking water, staff wasn't helpful at all. We booked 2 rooms for 5 people and they charged extra for the 5th person.
