Kerala rtc buses are stop there regularly ….waste food ….very poor service …I ordered Dosa they are not provided a plate itself …when they got bulk order from tourist bus they will neglect the others .. Don’t go Better kerala rtc bus department suggest other hotel for Passangers.

Regrettably, dining here may lead to digestive issues, as the food appears to be stale. A friend of mine experienced diarrhea after consuming a meal here. It remains unclear why KSRTC bus conductors choose this stop when there are several better restaurants within a 5km radius. My advice: steer clear of this establishment, as the food quality is subpar.

Ksrtc epmloyees and hotel guys got some tie up here. Every ksrtc bus to mysore or bangalore stops here only. Never eat from here except packed snacks and items. Food is worst.even the coffee was not good. Use it only for toilets.

The food from bakery like puffs was good, but tea coffee from here was very waste, my tongue and hand got burnt because it was so hot. The restaurant food was also average. The only good thing is they have toilet facility

0.Even though hotel is looking like somewhat ok, but they have not maintained any standards. For Ex: Menu was not given purposefully to put heavy bill on the customers. Our team bill supposed to be Rs. 2500-3000, but these guys put 6800 Rs. bill. This happens by hiding menu & rate board. 1.The food served was not good. The customers ordered some food & the servers supplying some other food. Ex:If we order biriyaani they use to serve lemon rice with a piece of meat. 2.The hotel was looking like standard one, but it is showoff.

This ks usual stop of Kerela RTC buses. Packed food available. Prices are not higher than MRP. I haven't tried food becuase I doubted about hygiene since the cleanliness is not satisfactory. Place is crowded since all busses halt here. Shop owners sometimes rude maybe due to more crowed.

Oh my God! I just had the worst masala dosa of my life. Even the sambar and chutney lacked any flavor. The quality was extremely poor, and the service was even worse. To make matters worse, the ghee roast my friend ordered was completely burnt. When we questioned the waiter, he nonchalantly responded that it got roasted too much. It was a frustrating experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

1 star for the totally unclean, steel plate they served in. It had grime from the previous meal, not to mention the unbearable smell too! Stay away if cleanliness is your thing

A restaurant that people will visit on travelling through gundelpett. A common stop for buses from bangalore to Kerala Or vice versa. Please make sure the washrooms are more clean and hygenic since the buses do stop here with alot of passengers. Food is okay.

The worst food ever.I have been traveling from Kerala to Bangalore for years and I don't understand why the ksrtc buses always prefer to stop here . There's a small bakery in front of this hotel , better eat some packaged food from there.

Drink, eat, munch, perk.... A lot of things are available to satisfy you. A good point to break while traveling. Save the location while you take this route at night. Good food available.

It's an Okay place to refresh. When coming from Bangalore if you are in KSRTC (Kerala RTC) they stops here for food and other aminities. At night the weather and the ambience is so cool. Kerala Style food is served.

This is a super busy place. All the buses are halted here and the passengers are having food from here. You can get the authentic thalassery biriyani from here. It is super tasty. Whenever i go to gundlupet i will try to get their biriyani parcelled. I didn't get a chance to taste anything else from here other than biriyani and chicken curry. Both tasted delicious. All the mallus travels from Bengaluru or Mysuru to Kerala via bus should taste the biriyani from here.

All Kerla KSRTC busses stops here for food since they provide Kerla food. Enough parking place.

KL, TN, KA bus stop here for tea, lunch, breakfast, dinner. Restroom is also there. Tea snacks are ok, but food 2 star.

Hotel new coffee house, All busses are stopping here. May be they are getting some offers. Food are not that much tasty. Only Price is High, normal rice charging 70 rupees. Their suppleirs are only focusing in tips. They have a big parking area for heavy vehicles also. It is ok for families. But not that much good. Overall I am not very happy

Horrible food, unclean plates, unhygienic and in this COVID era, doesn't even have liquid hand wash. They expect us to be happy using dangled soap in the air...? Pathetic. The taste of the food is horrible.. tried biriyani as well as South Indian meals. With so many options on this route, I'm not sure why ksrtc buses stop here.

Not that expensive but don't expect much hygeine and perfect food for your tummy. It's a pitstop for almost all interstate buses traveling through this route. Nice place with ample parking. Service is fast. Infront there is a small chai/coffee shop also. Nearby Gundalpet.

Very poor service. You would love the hotel if you are a person who loves to wait for hours for your food. The waiters might take your order but don’t expect for food.
