Needs lots of improvements. There is no safety in rooms, I did not find any locking system from inside. Someone can open the door using key even you locked from inside, if he has with him. This is a biggest flaw. It's restaurant is approx 2km Away from it. You have to go the contract restaurant for 2km to have morning breakfast.

Staff was trying to help but following issues are observed... Good:- 1. Room was clean with clean bedsheets cover only. Room 1. My washroom toilet seat cover for 212 was cover was broken after repeated request it was not corrected got shifted to another room next day. 2. The furniture was not cleaned had dust got it cleaned in front of me photo uploaded. 3. Dirty chairs....uploaded photo. 4. Didn't had fan regulator. 5. Guy was cleaning the washroom with shampoo ....LOL...asked him to clean with harpic then he brought it from down stairs & cleaned. 6. Had bee hive near 212 side so be careful will see lot of dead beas' in morning & evening because they can come in but cannot go out. 7. Bed table without drawer handle, almirah had dead big insect photo attached.

Cleanliness of the property was worst. AC remote was not provided even after making multiple requests, so it was turned out into a non AC room. And at the night there was a lot of creeking noices from the AC unit. I think it is occupied by rats . There is no security so stay at your own risk type property. Here it shows as a three star property but it not even one star worth. Don't look at the room photos shared it is just a gimmick. Nothing in the room not even a bottle of water or a kettle. Bedsheets were not clean. There was no soap or body wash provided. Book only if you have no option left and expect the worst. And also you have to carry soap,paste,bath towels , bedsheets, pillow cover and everything you need if you are planning to stay here. Just treebo branding at the entrance and nothing from the brand will be provided. And you even don't need a photo id for check-in to this property, anyone can just write any address and they will let you in

We had checked into hotel on 18th Jun 22. We had booked two rooms. One of room were not clean and they cleaned it later. Here is some of Cons: TVs were not working Room doesn't have the geyser They said hot water will be available by 6AM, but got the hot water by 7.30 No breakfast, lunch or dinner available Not worth for the penny we paid.

Over priced for the services on offer rooms are not up to the mark Hot water was not coming and had to wait till 7:30 am to get a bucket of hot water Blanket provided was very thin and very old one Plenty of Cockroaches in bath room Had to follow up multiple times just to get the bath towel. Only good thing about this place is parking!

Rooms are not up to the mark. The lift was not functioning They provided just 1 small medimix soap as toiletries. There was not even a bottle of water in the room.. we had to ask for one. They do have a large parking space.Hopefully they would try to improve.

The rooms are fine, but toilets were not clean at all. Also the receptionist is not available any time. Dont recommend this hotel to anyone. Please avoid

Stayed there on 21st OCT 2022. Booked their Premium (Mahogany) rooms. It came with two large cots (i think it is king size) Food was available as room service. They have made arrangements with near by restaurant. They provided the plates and spoons from their side. We reached around 7:30pm and left next day 6am. We are quiet happy with the hotel. Toilet was clean though the toilet seat was shaking. The wall and paint finish of the rooms were not excellent, but for the location and price we were surprised. I booked directly over phone with Treebo customer care. Got the best deal this way than all other methods.

I stayed here for a day. When I booked the room, the price was 4000+ but the price dropped to 1500 on very next day. When I asked for the reason for such a drastic change in the prices, did not get any valid explanation. The kind of service and facility we get here not worth paying more than 1000 rupees per day. In the image, I saw the lift photo but when I enquire here, there is no lift installed, it is just the lift place with with dummy doors without any lift inside. There is no restaurant in this hotel. For Food, room service is available with food brought from nearby hotel, but waiting time is high. Overall, it was not a good experience for the kind of high price we had paid.

Had a stay recently. Location 50 Km away from city. Pictures displayed, is no where close to actuals. Hotel management just need money once you pay they don't care who is staying. Manager behavior is the worst. "you pay or get out". No proper facilities available. worst breakfast given as giving to some laborers. No AC, No Wi-Fi. No Proper communication at the premises. Online communication is better but it doesn't work in reality. Below is owners response. He don’t know how to respond also. He says I didn’t pay when checked in. Before seeing the hotel physically I paid 50% after seeing I was shocked. Still the manager wanted to allocate some unclean room. I said I will take what I booked. He says guest is God. Yes we are God because we pay for your living. His response is like copy paste saying they are good and guest don’t know anything.

My family and me stayed at this place for three days. It was a horrible experience, the facilities were very poor, each room had some problem or the other. It was very evident that it was poorly maintained. The service on the whole was bad. Breakfast was delayed by 2 hours and was not good at all. Also there was no hot water as they claim it to be solar powered. Please dont waste ur money and time on this place.

Not worth the money. Their only advantage is the location they are put up in offers only few options to pick from for room bookings for a family so.. Decent place but price is too much. Broken door nobs and Not working AC wouldn't be a good service offering from their end.

Though the rooms are average service is good. Raghu was very helpful and offered all the helps during our visit. Location is good.

Rooms are good and well maintained we took AC room which is 2000 per night. It is situated outside city and there is no Restaurants inside or near by this is the only drawback

It is a franchise of treebo. While booking through treebo even after discounts the price seems to be overpriced. I don't know about the price for direct bookings. Hospitality is appreciated. The rooms any washrooms are spacious enough. No in-room services available. No attached restaurant hence no room service. Running hot water is only available in the morning hours. Overall an average place.

Nice place to stay near Bandipur , stayed with family for one night , stay was pleasant and staff was courteous.

A descent property in the vicinity of Bandipur at Gundlupet. The room was quite big compared to the tariff of an AC standard deluxe room and had all the amenities mentioned in room description. The staff was very cordial. Although there is no restaurant in the premises, there are a plenty of options at stone's throw.

Property and rooms are good but service not to mark. Did not have provision for bottled or filtered drinking water.....borewell water was only drinking water option......late check in was facilitated but was not smooth.

It's a Good Hotel spacious Rooms only problem is they are having solar geyser and in morning time hot water is big Problem apart of that they will provide good breakfast nice hospitality

Not very much quite okay, rooms ar not as shown in website , service is very slow , no utensils provided before or after asking , didn’t get mornings hot water and price is also high as price shuld keep well maintained

Only thing good is that rooms are large with extra bed, rest there was no service, for everything from Tea to food we have to go outside around half a kilometre, so basically it's more like a lodge with poor service, sometimes the ac doesint work, sometimes TV doesint work , overall a poor experience......

We were 2 families and booked 2 rooms. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Ac was working well. Only con is there is no restaurant in the hotel. Otherwise it is great value for money.

A mediocre 2 star hotel on highways just before Gundelpet town. Don't go with the photographs, stay if you have no other options. They don't even check for your ID when you checkin. You directly get a room which was large enough. But the linen was not clean at all. Don't think they were washed in weeks. There were couple of mugs in the table, but no bottle of water or kettle. Had to ask for a bottle of water. Obviously restroom was not clean nor it had any toiletries. There was not water heater as well. Only positives, they have good parking space and AC was working fine. During checkout the guy was in deep sleep. He didn't care to get up, just asked to leave the key on the desk!

Good place to stay if you intend to visit Bandipur national park. Though some amenities are missing. Rooms are good, but hot water was running in both taps, restaurant has not started yet. Lift was not operational. It needs some maintanence. Otherwise good option to stay. If visiting mudumalai forest or Ooty try to book hotel well in advance.

Had stayed here for one night. Normal room without AC. The room was not neat and the bathroom was not at all clean. This is the first bad experience I have ever faced with Treebo Trends and I won't recommend this to anyone personally.
