Honest Review: *If you value your money, don't step foot in here.* Facilities: No Hot Water in Rooms! Unclean toilets. Food: Too small restaurant, crowded at times that serves South Indian food. Room service food for Non-Veg is pathetic. Service: Under staffed and untrained. Ambience: the outside ambience and view is the only good thing here. Rooms have AC units that leak water. Verdict: Get ready to have a RUINED VACATION. Suggestion to Management: Make sure basic facilities and cleanliness is maintained before asking for bookings.

Great place to stay and chill on a weekend. Best part is location as its easily reach as it bang in highway. Also got udipi restaurant next to it so if want yo try something different can try here. Staff and service are very good and quick.

One of the worst experience I had while traveling. Rooms were not ready even after 4 hours of check In time Rooms were not maintained well Toiletries were given after asking only Had to wait for bath towels No food at place. The arranged restaurant for complimentary breakfast was too crowded They have only vegetarian options, that too limited. You can't have a relaxing experience there with family. Stray dogs were roaming inside the property Too expensive place for this service

Give this place a miss. We booked 3 rooms for two days. Rooms were looking extremely old and there were plumbing issues in the room. Housekeeping was not able to fix it. Next day morning when we were supposed to get ready for the Safari - water completely stopped in all the rooms. They took atleast 45 mins to fix the problem by which time we had missed going to the safari which was the main reason we came to Bandipur. Breakfast was ok. Some dishes were good but we should have given the dosa a miss. The location is also just ok with 15 mins drive to the Safari place. Swimming pool looked unclean and there was mixed opinions whether it was open or not. Please rename and remove Resort/Spa etc. from the name

Rooms are damaged. We booked their standard rooms at 3-4 star hotel prices. No A/C, no TV, no Shower(yes!) apparently. The "deluxe" only looked slightly better but we couldn't upgrade since they were unfortunately full. The standard rooms are way out to the back corner Our room's doors were damaged. The plastic chair was covered in paint. No wifi in the rooms. Barely works in the reception. The entire building's paint was peeling off the walls. The room door used a padlock that is meant for luggage not a hotel door. Maybe it's safe enough out here to not need a better lock. 🤔 Bathroom sink has no hot water and cold water in a thin stream. Hot water only in the separate bathing tap used to fill a dirty bucket. There was brown grime on the corners of the floor. Toilet seat didn't fit right. We got damp towels when we asked for more than 1 towel. They were hanging on clothes lines in front of the washer on the ground floor of our building. There is a central lawn with a couple basketball hoops and place for a bonfire. We didn't partake. There are separate veg and nonveg restaurants on site of questionable quality. Prices are 3 star but no better than a roadside dhaba with lots of oil sitting on the curries and subpar ingredients. We tried both. Breakfast was included sit-down and from a limited south Indian menu (dosa, idly, vada, sweet halwa etc) The people are courteous and polite at both the restaurants as well as the reception counter and are making the best of a really bad place. Also, the location is about 20-30 min from the Bandipur safari ticket counter and starting point. Lots of places closer to that. Some even have buses to the ticket counter. Overall, it's meant to look fancy from the outside. Inside it's no better than a roadside motel. Not worth the money by far. Do NOT believe the high ratings.

This resort is not located in Bandipur at all. It is around 12 km away from the forest on a highway. The staff is good. But the amenities are pathetic. The solar water heater was not working, so we did not have hot water at all. The complemenatry breakfast includes only South Indian food, that too very limited. The Udipi Restauarnt is under-staffed. The food there is not at all good. Service is very bad, wth long wait times. In a nutshell, this property is not worth visiting even for a single night.

One star for this resort is only for the ambience. Charging 5 star hotel rate but not having minimum facilities. We had a very bad experience there. No hot water facility in the room (outside temp was 15 degree C). staffs are not cooperative and not at all bothered. They provide the complementary breakfast in a public crowded hotel, no place to sit there and also no hygiene at all. Finally we checked out without taking bath. I will not recommend this so called 5 star resort to anyone.

It’s a usual stop for ooty to mysore buses. It’s a nice location. The food is also reasonably good but not very reasonably priced probably because they have the privilege of monopoly in that area and passengers have no other choice at least for the next one hour before they reach their destination (Mysore) or for many Bangalore goers - their next stop

Very disappointing service; I made a pitstop here during my long journey. Despite its clean appearance, I was thoroughly disappointed. 1. The men's and women's bathrooms were very dirty and not well-maintained. 2. The non-vegetarian restaurant was unpleasant, with a strong and unpleasant smell. 3. The drinking tumbler was not cleaned properly. 4. The place was overly crowded, and the waiting time was excessive. 5. The service was good, and the staff exhibited good behavior. 6. It's a nice place to hang out, especially if you're looking for a spot to enjoy coffee.

Rooms are big. Location is good. Service is absolutely chaos. Morning breakfast is a nightmare. Shared at Udupi Veg restaurant mixed with general public.

I did Safari in Badipur wildlife. It was a great time. The weather was cloudy and was dazzling. It's a good time to visit Bandipur in the month of Jan. It was not stay in any hotel so I could not give any feedback on the same.

Nice stay to spend time with family and friends. Bandipur national park is not so close from this hotel but the auto can be arranged from this restaurant. There is a big swimming pool to have fun and property is very huge with lot of space within the premises and the staff is also very helpful. There is also a nice Udupi restaurant just outside the hotel which serves good south Indian food

I enjoyed my stay here. Very close to bandipur wildlife sanctuary. Great food and hospitality. I would love to comeback here again and spend more days.

Well maintained property, rooms were clean and spacious, good amenities like spa, swimming pool etc etc.. Food was amazing and we had a very good time, felt that we were at home. Reasonable price and perfect stay.

This was my second stay here.Excellent property and great food options to chose from. Perfect location if you’re up for Bandipur Safari. Kudos to the staff for the great hospitality.

Reception guy doesn't know how to behave no manners no hospitality no commitment changes his word's. For each and everything u should call and ask the basics like towel, shampoos, brush, toothpaste apart from room nothing is available here

This is my own experience, we stayed on 30.9.2023 and 1.10.2023 with my kids and family members... To be true this is not resort, it is a just residency, they mentioned indoor and outdoor games facilities avail. bt they dont provide any facilities properly, one basketball court they have bt dont give ball and have one swimming pool thats all. There is no any indoor games and park for kids and adults, they collected more money to stay bt we should pay separately for spa. Bad odour coming fr washroom 24/7, hairs is there on bed, water leakages 24*7 in restroom, total waste of money to visit here, and jungle safari utter waste, we paid 5k for 5 members, we saw only deer and elephant thats all... Finally we had worst experience and wasted money. This trip was collapsed

Stayed with friends on 12th nov 23 .. located on the highway near gundlupet. Not worth the stay . It's not a resort just a residency stay... We came to know later that it has complimentary breakfast but the person incharge behaved rudely and denied and charged us for the breakfast. Ambience and amenities was very average....

Decent hotel for comfortable stay but it is not located in Bandhipur. It is 15kms away from Bandhipur. If you are looking for spacious rooms with decent amenities then this is the right place

We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed it very much. Hemanth, the receptionist speaks very good English and helped us a lot in organizing our safari and shared taxis to get there. He also organized fruit and laundry and all communication with him was always super kind and helpful. The room was spacious with a beautiful balcony to the garden, in the evening there was a bonfire and the pool looked beautiful even though we did not go swim. The people in the restaurant were also very kind and even helped me to organize some spices to make tea for stomach pain. The breakfast included in the price was delicious. My favorites are set dosa and idly. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Room was big and spacious. Premises was clean and maintained. The caretaker Arun was very good with taking care of our requirements. Breakfast arrangement needs to be improved as it felt if some staff were not aware that it's part of our package though the restaurant manager took care of it.Resort is actually around 12km away from bandipur forest reserve.

We had a lovely stay overall. The property in charge Mr Shravan Kumar was very diligent and helped us a lot with prompt service and hospitality. He was also very helpful in arranging late check-in and giving local transport information as we had some problems with our vehicle. The food was good as well. Will definitely visit again

Stayed for 1 night. Stay was good staffs were cooperative. It was raining and they helped us with all the needful. As it is on the highway at Mysore Ooty Road team tries to do there best.

*Place from outside looks very good. *Rooms are highly priced, as thier bathrooms are poorly maintained, walls in the bathroom are damp and you can see ants and other insects crawling on the walls of room and bathroom. *Food is bad. *Wifi and phone in the room don't work

We have booked this resort at the last moment as mysore hotel cancelled our booking. The stay was awesome. It's a nice property on the main road with access to few good options to eat. I would like to special mention about Hotel Manager (Shravan) who took care of us the best way possible. He is approachable and has very good understanding of guest needs and problems.

We booked non AC rooms which were spacious but at the corner of the courtyard. Food here is available from Udupi Veg which was okay. Property is nice but with some little issues.

Rooms are good well maintained but bad service, staff is ok, ambiance is fine. Udupi hotel food is worst.

We booked this place last minute. It's was a very comfortable stay. Near and clean rooms and property is well maintained. Mr. Shravan, manager at the hotel was very helpful and cooperative. He even called us immediately after he found our clothes left back in the room and made sure we got them back. Such a sweet gesture. Thank you team Bandipur resorts and spa!

Good for a night stay. In a short distance from Safari ride Offers clean rooms and beds. It’s not a resort, or a spa. In need of maintenance and fixes.

Its simple place to stay, good AC rooms, hot water, Clean, ample car parking, clean swimming pool.

Booked this place at the end moment, it was very much worth. Room was very well maintained and spacious. Food was good. Service was excellent, always available staff (with a smile), kids friendly... Overall a very good place for a family outing.

Resort outer premises should be more clean, wash rooms and door mats should be available for guest's to keep their rooms clean till they vacate. Also we found tooth brush and paste not available. Apart from these rooms hygiene and food was good.
