Worst Hotel. Very bad service. No house keeping. Tv Not working. Wife and daughter could not sleep as lot of lizards found in room. When Ac was switched on A lizard fell down from the Ac. My daughter was stuck in lift. We had to take help for people. No Hot water in bathroom. Hot Water given in buckets and 1 bucket of hot water for each person. To contact to reception there is no phone, we had to call from our mobile. We had taken the most costly room in this Hotel Room , Number 404. As my room was on the top floor no service was available properly. Attender was absent always. There is a bell switch in room but no one attends to your call. I suggest you to think before you check in. There is no water to drink in the room. I was for 4 days not a single day they could provide us water for drinking. They insisted us to buy water from out side. There is no Ramp for Handicap persons checking in this hotel. No Fire Safety. No Emergency exit. No fire extingwisher in any floor or room. No CC Tv cameras in this hotel. Parking in cellar is risky as kitchen is beside parking. No wall separating parking and kitchen only iron mesh. Attenders charge extra for every order you make and produce fake bills. They also collect extra tips from us. 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😱😱😱😱😱😱

Clean & Good enough. Hotwater was hardly Luke worm. The gentleman at the reception during settling the bill, instead of returning Rs 30/- returned a broad smile and retained the amount. Good & safe parking place. Over all OK and value for money.

Best rooms and lodge in entire Guntakal, service is superb, near by for all things. Best place to stay for families in a reasonable price.

Lepakshi lodge one of the most economical lodge in guntakal. Not only economical but also neat and hygiene. Best stay for middle class and perfect for money saving people. For single bed room it costs only 430rs. Its on 24 hrs check in check out . If u check in at 6.00 am today u hav to check out at tomorrow 6.00am. They will give extra grace time upto one hour. Good Hotel rooms, But Terrible, Ill Mannered, Rude and Simply Idiotic Staff. Misbehaviour and Snobbish Attitude is their USP.They behave as if they allow guests to live for free. Never again gonna even think about staying here.Guys if u value ur dignity, give this Hotel a miss, they are not worth. Very bad experience

Nice hotel, Good Toilets, service not so good. But overall had nice experience....... next time if you visit Guntakal consider Lepakshi Lodge. Cheap and affordable . You have lift, and good back up too....

Money oriented hotel , manager is the worst only they know one thing that is advance payement

One of the best hotels in the town which provides accommodation also.it is located on the main road.Easily accessible from Railway station and bus station.Guntakal is a small town. This Lodge is clean and safe.occupants easily can pass the time because it is located at the center of the town.

Air condition doesn't work all the time, especially, all through the night, possibly because of power outage. Noise is unavoidable. You can hear the noise from the traffic outside. When you open the curtain, you see the next building/hotel. Lacks privacy in the room. There is monkeys menace outside the hotel.
