They have a great collection, but their pricing practices are disappointing. When I inquired about discounts, they said none were available, only to put everything on sale for 40% off the very next day. When I raised this concern, they took no responsibility, which felt misleading and unfair to customers.

I felt that it is best for imitation jewelry. No doubt about the quality it is best. But the republishing of of non silver items is disappointing but there is a less chances for republishing.

I recently visited Guntur store and was trying a bracelet,so I asked sales person to help me to remove the bracelet.He immediately called a female staff to remove it. I was surprised that the rules are kept for Kushal saying male staff are not supposed to touch female customer with jewellery. As in jewellery business men can have the right for jewellery help .I was amazed to see gender discrimination especially in jewellery business. Please look into the matter thinking to look forward the change in this matter
