I am a regular customer to this place initially service is good and going forward it is worst especially yesterday night I ordered paneer tikka sizzler bit they served normal paneer tikka and plating like sizzler I am totally disappointed with their service

I have ordered french fries today in sasi delicious bakey, but they are not crispy. So not satisfied.

Nice place to take your family to. Food is good and reasonable. Variety of food and munching stuff is available. Ambience is big and spacious. Lunch has buffet option but don't expect anything over the top but its decent enough at the price point they provide. Serving may take a hit during peak hours which should be noted before visiting.

Too much rates and sometimes heard that spurious foods sold. If it is rumor i don't know. What is mentioned which is heard by peoples talk. As per behaviour worst persons. One time i visit this store and ordered onion dosa. They said sit there and will inform you within 10min. But after 28 min they given to table service which is the table person came 20 minutes after my visit. Asked the counter person he said he is visited before you sir. But he visted after me as per i am observing the store due to i am lonely just for waiting for my order. This is the worst service. Anyway i given this rating for rates and behaviour.

We have ordered a half birthday cake from here. The cake colors are very vibrant. Whatever the pink color family in the cake is, they just go for gulam pink color. And the crown color is seagreen and they given it as blue. Added the photos for reference. Yes, they said like colors may slightly vary before purchase, but I didn’t expect this much varied. The cake is looking cheap not classy due to color selection.

Very bad quality off food

First of all the cleanliness of this place is really bad as tables have left over foods and other things spread all over, the toilets are foul smelly . The food is above average and space is less compared to the number of people.

I like the food and environment of this place especially I like tiffin section here .I would recommend you to try it .

Too much Agrresive Cost, Not Suitable for Middle class people. When compared to Just bake, Just bake Giving more Flexible offer's and varieties.

Maybe because of summer, sweets aren't fresh. Tasted Rasagulla - it's juicy but top layer dried. Had Kesar Rasmalai, Rasmalai is soft but the liquid is watery .

The Worst staff. They are good at story making for spoiled food. Billing person doesn't know anything which is happening around him. He says for everything I don't know. He is even rude to answer. We should not depend on quality cakes . Worst experience I had with Sasi Team.

They are downgrading themselves these days. Food and sweets have become pathetic. Avoid sweets completely and go to popular or other known sweet shops. Their quality and taste of cakes is also dropped a lot when compared with new comers like 7th heaven. In total for the price they are charging the quality they are providing is pathetic. Totally avoidable!!

This is the only vegetarian hotel in Tenali for a pure vegetarian people like me, the quality of food is unbeatable. As the name says its really delicious. Must try place to have a good meal.

If you want to have a cool cake or pastry, it tastes much better at seventh heaven for the same or less price.

I am not happy with services provided by Sasi bakery , they spoiled my daughters birthday cake , delivery boys are rude and the did not deliver the cake as promised , if u can’t deliver what was promised to the customer , don’t take the orders while taking the order they tell all sweet words but it’s was not that good as the end result , it might be one of the order for Sasi bakery , but from customer perspective it’s one of the life time event it won’t come back , every time I am seeing the pic’s or videos of the event I am getting frustrated with Sasi bakery

Good Bakery items like cake normal and cool, puff, rolls, veg and non veg cool drinks and chocolates hot chips aswell all are good

Best place to eat and spend time. Best only VEG Restaurant in Tenali town. Can order the food by directly contacting them or by Swiggy👍

A cool place to spend some quality time with family. Food is okay. Prices are bit high for the taste.

Food taste is good but too costly. I ordered Butter naan combo - received a small(verysmall) cup of butter panner masala and 1 butternaan(2pcs) for 200 it's literally costly aa the butternaan costs - 60 to 65 rs seperately as per their menu if I consider that rest 135-140 rs for very small cup of curry and one small piece of lemon,onion is not at all worthy.

Decent family restaurant with lip smacking food. Ambience is not that great but not bad for casual dining.

It's actually 3.5 rating from my end.. Food is ok, Pizza taste below average and meals cost is bit high n not upto the mark
