worst hospital in the town....i went for treatment for fever they told to do complete body check up tests which costs around 3000....that too assistant doctors are treating on the phone and nurising staff are doing treaemt at 8.30 pm.....shocking atmosphere....i have lost 500 OP fee and rushed to home seeing all this....another shocking thing is they asked me to admit for 2 days knowing i had health insurance....5rs problem is treated with 5000 drug with no reason just to claim insurance amount. concerned doctor should react on this and refund my 500.

Excellent medical facilities and services maintenance also very good especially cleaning and is very hygienic good infrastructure for fast recovery. The staff is very polite so thanks to nuses, ip coordinator Praveen, faiyaj, and managers . And mainly thanks to doctor lakshmana swamy and subramanyam sir doing very good and best treatment In guntur city. My father did THR surgery done, subramanyam sir guide very well, 2.5 months pre- cautionary excessive done and then surgeries guided well, ICU care is very good, 3 junior doctors always monitored because my father has heart related issues. Then after discharge process is also good. Subramanyam and his father were kind persons with valuable intentions and clearly explained the problem and precautions.Supporting Hr persons Faiaz and venkat and staff also very good persons.

I worked at places like Mayo Clinic in USA and without hesitancy I can say that this is the best hospital I have seen in Andhra Pradesh. Roja, shalini and all other nurses, duty doctors (I cannot remember their names), physiotherapists Sowmya & Samuel, ward boys Shankar, Bujji, Teja, Baji, each and everyone in the hospital have an excellent work ethic. My mom felt like she was at home during her stay in the hospital post surgery. Visited hospital for heel pain. Dr Lakshmana swamy didn't even care to listen the actual problem and continuously either on call or speaking with hospital staff for day to day tasks. Waste of time and effort.
