Absolutely unhygienic washrooms! They are charging12k for an MRI. This is the bare minimum a customer expects. People were not wearing masks properly and no one was really there to follow up on the same.

UNRELIABLE REPORT..!!!! Don't go there if your life depends on it...! A few days back, my mother had a scan there, and we received the report within 2 days. It was expectedly quick because such reports take almost no time. BUT what SHOCKED us is the STATE OF THE REPORT. There was NOOOOO ELABORATION ON THE MALIGNANCIES. The Doctor was genuinely IRRITATED seeing it. Since we had already done CECT Scan from a great place and it had an 8-page elaboration on all the observations, the doc only referred to that document. THE ENERGY AND TIME AND MONEY WE INVESTED IN EKO was a total WASTAGE. To be mentioned here, the people who rely on Eko come from outside Kolkata(Asansol, Murshidabad, Malda etc.) And they barely understand how a report should be prepared. So, spend a few more thousands and get better reports cause your life may depend on it. Behaviour of the staff is okayish. You don't have to interact with them. But the tone with which they talk is repulsive. You're supposed to be more patient with the customers.

An excellent place for various types of X-rays and pathological tests. It's located at Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Kolkata. Charges are moderate. Very reputed organisation. Drinking water, toilets and nice seating arrangements for. Patients and others are available. Staff are very very cooperative minded. Cleanliness is applicable. I visited the place and they provided excellent services.

Definitely popular among the people of Kolkata, but needs improvement. no lift facility, poor infrastructure, even the location given on the Google map is not accurate. The staffs are good.

This is kind of a old hospital, experienced people with awful behaviour, lack of sense how to behave with human beings, I had an appointment at 6 with a doctor, report delivery time from Eko was 5, once I reach there at 5.10, and requested the lady sitting on a front desk, to deliver report she started screaming!!!! This place should really consider shutting down. The behaviour of the staff is so rude. They lack basic manners. The building is dilapidated and needs care. The condition of the bathrooms is pitiful. I would not recommend this diagnostic centre to anyone.

Went here for my child's MRI few days back. My kid got very scared inside the machine because it was dim inside. I requested the technician to switch on the lights inside the tunnel. I know they can be switched on as I got my MRI done in the same machine few years back. Then the lady technician was very understanding and she switched on the lights as I was scared too. But this time the technician who was performing the MRI in MRI 2 was so stubborn he did not put the lights on despite repeated requests and seeing my child's face gone red in fear. He was sweating and his face turned red when he was pulled out in the middle of the procedure for certain instructions. I was constantly praying to God that He saves him from any serious consequences. I don't recommend this centre. Their machine might be good but their behaviour is not. They made my husband wait for 1 hour while delivering the report despite reaching on the mentioned time slot they wrote on the receipt.

I went to Eko JL Nehru Road to enquire about a test. Although the receptionist and department staff was well behaved but the infrastructure was very poor. There is no lift for patients, no proper sitting arrangement. The charges are quite high. The management should spend some money on improving the set up as well. Although I whole heartedly wanted to get the test done from Eko (as it is a renowned institute), I had to drop the idea because of the pathetic set up.
