The worst service center I have ever visited. Went there for my Galaxy A8 battery replacement. First they told it will take 6-7 days for the part to be available, but eventually it took 15 days. When I visited the centre no job card was provided to me, I was told to come back after 2 hours. I came back after 2.5 hours, then they started their process & kept me waited for another 1 hours. Absolutely disgusting. Also no receiving was given to me at the time of taking the advance.

There is a Scam on every samsung mobile phone. 80% handsets are starting reboot again and again after using of 1 year and 2 months. Service centre ask for changing mother board for solve the issue. If we spend 20k on a handset and then after 1yr 2 months if we had asked for changing mother board for 7k it means a massive scam is happening in Samsung brand. Don't buy Samsung phones.

I am utterly disappointed with the Samsung Service Centre located in Chandannagar branch. The staff members there are a bunch of lazy and incompetent individuals who seem to have no interest in doing their jobs properly. My recent experience with them was a complete nightmare. Firstly, it took them over an hour just to generate a bill after checking my device. Are they kidding me? This is unacceptable and downright ridiculous. To top it all off, the work done on my device was shoddy, I feel like I wasted my time and money by visiting this service centre. Even they don't feel the necessity of providing the feed back form in the store... I strongly advise others to avoid this service centre at all costs. The staff members are unprofessional, and the service is terrible. Samsung should take immediate action and improve the quality of their service centres before they lose their loyal customers.

Worst experience from the service centre. Relationship with samsung hereby ends for me. For a 6 month old brand new smartphone under valid warranty, they declined to do anything free of cost. NO COVID Protocol also being maintained here. So, won't recommend this service centre to anyone and the Samsung phones being sold in amazon is worthless..mind it !

Good behaviour. But my samsung galaxy f12 1 month old and my device problem back panel little sound tik tik. They didn't do any repair and said, sir, you can use the phone, it's not a problem 🙂 i was disappointed this device 🙂

This is the worst service center of Samsung. Their manager and staffs do not have proper attitude to talk and behave. They are looking for big profit margin by creating issues like smaller one into big. Though neither Samsung nor the this franchisee store are bothered. I do not recommend this service center at all. If you have other options go for it.

I went to repair the cracked glass of my Samsung Mobile. The waiting time to get to the counter was not there, instant support from the customer service executive was very impressive. Professional attitude of the executive, explanation of the issues and details of the replacement required was upto the expectation. Time taken to perform the repair was bit high, almost an hour I had to wait, possibly due to high demand and limited bandwidth of the service engineers. The work done was of excellent quality. Cons : The sitting area needs some improvement though, no temperature checks or hand sanitizer is in place. Overall ratings 4

It's a authorized samsung service point on of the best location near chandannagar rail station. Their behavior is also good with customers.

Shame on such a brand. I submitted the phone for not charging problem. The phone still had charge of 18 percent while submitting. Now the service centre guy calls me to inform that mother board. Display. Everything needs to be changed. They are ripping of customer with fake information. There is book clarity of information. It's a fake one.

But there is a good looking girl, she uses it well, she talks to everyone well. I don't saw her face for mask and don't know her name. But she was a good person. She worked well.

Everything are good but only ine thing i request to change and that is , whenever any castomer will go for exchanging headfone, then that phone(only applicable for smartphone) is really no need to update with software. We xan update through software update from out phone also if any update will arrive in phone. Reparing work is good. Expert technicians. But takes too much time to make that happen. They never have parts in hand. Once you pay 50% of total repairing amount in advance & submit your phone only then they'll order parts from Samsung warehouse in Noida which eventually would take approximately 3-5 days at least to get repaired.

Excellent behaviour and service. I Went to change display of my S10lite , ordered it, they gave me 1 week time . Call came before estimated date, I gave the phone and they changed the display within 2 hours. Very happy with the service.
