Nice show room with Local & International brands, however I was not aware that Himalayas operate on 3 rd party selling commission. The Sales person s are very polite, professional and helpful. One thing to note- They charge Rs 250/- if u go for eye testing & decide not to buy anything. (Most places eye testing is free).

I was not wearing the mask and it was very much justified to restrict my entry. But the gesture and behavior of the receiving staff was too much down market who restricted my entry. Harsh and rude behavior proves that customer relations are low graded in this shop. Whereas on the same day I purchased my frame from Titan eye plus with great hospitality and very polite request to put on my mask.
