Exotic and new collection The staff and retail sales officer are very polite and knowledgeable. Although I would enjoy some female staff too. They pretty much understand more the need of a woman. But the shop is really very dainty and beautiful. At a good location, not far from the station and I enjoyed my visit. Plus, the staff are honest and sincere.

It was my second visit to the store. The experience was great like I felt before. The behaviour of all the stuff was really warm. Next comes the actual stuff, the product that we bought. There was a large variety of collection from which we had to select one. And it was a hard time to select one among all the beautiful pieces. The designer Mr. Amit Pal is doing a great job there, always inventing eye catching products. Finally I would recommend to visit this store if you like to buy things with a quality.

I like this place because it is one of those branded jewellery shop where you won't feel claustrophobic.. Here you won't feel that you are entering the locked gates of a closed place from where you can't escape in case of any calamity.. The staff is good and the variety is also very good. Here there is no fishy business or hidden cost .. everything is right in front of your eyes.... I agree that the making charge over here is high but that is only because of the authenticity of the product and that you will understand if you go there to sell the product....

The one stop Jewelry shop for all ranges with an awesome collection for all ages. The politeness , gentle and friendly behaviour of staffs overwhelmed me. Further it is must be mentioned that this shop has well engineered old gold testing equipments and well organised systematic machined and process to Rejuvenate Old gold to new one. All this time bound process of extraction of actual gold from old one to present value is flawless and 100% accurate. There is no question of doubt left. In my opinion it is 10/10 workmanship.

My bracelet got broken someday back. Mr. Amit Pal repaired it well. I somehow felt Tanishq should look into the betterment of quality for its jewelleries. Investing ransome amount on a purchase and facing quality issues was really not expected from the renowned brand. Try to retain customers by checking all.

It was a very wholesome experience. I went to exchange some old gold jewellery over the shop. The complete process is so transparent right from verifying the gold to melting down the same. A special mention to Mr. Amit Pal, who took down my old jewellery and did the melting process with such meticulousness that it in itself was a something of an art. Awesome collection. Staff (Mr. Sovon & Mr. Kamal) were very helpful n polite. Highly recommended.
