Good service is provided. Employees are helpful. I went to repair my phone's display. They didn't took that much time to fix it. And now it's working fine.

They are highly professional and customer friendly. It's better to have your Smartphone's warranty be extended right after purchase, else price for replacement of mother board including power circuit will cost you equivalent amount of price of a brand new Smartphone with 4GB RAM and 64 GB ROM. They have advised me against purchase of M Series Phone rather encouraged for purchasing A Series phones in future, which have been confirmed by my Sr. colleague , user of an A Series Phone.

This not Correct Location, main Service center is on GT Road Beside of Care Concern Hospital (for Mobile Repairing). For other Samsung Applications Service center is opposite side of Road of Care Concern Hospital.

Hopeless service, only money minded, forcefully voiding warranty, not polite counter number 3... On 22/09/2021... Damaging the good will of the Samsung company.

I went there for display repair and found there is no transparency in their working. Also when I said if I could get my phone early as I need it urgently the owner was a bit harsh since I asked them about time and wasn't sure if they can give me the broken part. They prepared the bill when I paid advance. they said it will promisingly take only a day and I can collect it next day. Next day samsung sent me the message when they had delivered the part to this centre and one of the employees called and confirmed they have started working on receiving the part. When I called to ask the status another employee said the part wasn't delivered because the delivery car faced some accident and so they can give the set that day. Next day I called and asked to do it immediately, so they said they will try. When I finally got the set they said yesterday they received a faulty part and no other reason. They were clueless when I said I got three different reasons and excuse for the delay and lying.

staffs and services are good. There is a waiting place also.

Once you enter, make sure you have 2-3 hrs in hand. The guy giving away tokens after entering will let you know the cost estimate.

Worst service centre person. The overall service centre is good but the main person sitting there is the worst kind of person, I have been facing an issue with my buds 2 pro. Lacking proper knowledge, the person denied to admit that the product had any problem. Finally I got to Chandannagore service centre for resolution where they addressed my problem. Stop visiting this horrible service centre until the person is removed. Visit Chandannagore one if possible.

The worst and the scam experience over. Recently my galaxy m52 screen shows vertical lines so I went to service centre and also took my c9 pro model on a hope to get both repaired. On counter no 4 the girl working checked the c9 pro and says I need to change back, screen, charging port instead I asked that I only wish to replace screen and she says charging port not working. (She should be aware for a device to connect with laptop or computer we need to select yes on the phone popup) as the screen was not working so how come someone click and as her computer was not reflecting and she says I need to change all this. A pure scam service. I must say never visit this store ever. Secondly I took the c9 pro to the other service centre in kolkata and there I came to know that except screen now samsung has stopped procuring all other parts, now no idea what she was trying to sell me. An worst scam experience. Better visit the other service centre for a good and helpful support instead of getting scammed here. Pretty that counter 4 representative something Sahu is a scammer, think and then decide before giving phone or any other device for a repair. Service at own risk.

Worst experience ever. Went 2 times for same issues with my new set, still they can't resolve it. Staff behaviour is too bad. They are such ill-mannered. They don't even tell me if my phone and my data will be ok or not after servicing. They don't even take permission and snatch my phone. Servicing quality is also soo poor. One of them deniedthe device issues and told me that it's my fault. So poor !!

Yesterday when I was asked to wait in the lobby of Shree Krishna Services( Authorized Samsung Service Center), for detection of the issue with my Samsung Galaxy A7, they failed to detect if there was any other issue apart from the broken display. After I was handed over the phone with a properly replaced display, I later on found that none of my earphn cords are getting supported by the plug in hole. Your team failed to detect this problem and handed me over with a defective product. And if I bring the phone for recheck, maybe your team will bill me another thousands of money. I as a rational customer didn't want to hassle so much and wanted my problem to be solved at the earliest instead of my problems being increased by your team.

The staffs are well mannered and professional. But they didn't resolve my problem. My Samsung J7 pro’s lock switch was not working properly. They said it can't be repaired as it is a old model.

The service centre is located opposite of Care Hospital. Previously given location is wrong.

Very structured system. Very good behaviour of the staffs. Situated beside Care Hospital, G.T.Road, Serampore. Only 10 mins walking distance from Serampore Railway Station.

Pathetic service center. My mobile was not switching on. So went to this service center. Eventually my screen had a little crack. They ask me to replace the screen first which will take 7200 rs. Then only they will listen to my problem. Their logic is if they open back panel my screen will crack. That seems to be not possible. Will not buy Samsung phone again

While you enter into the office you guys could not think it like an office place cz here the employers having own pet etc. And also the employers can't deal with the customers properly.

Poor management services.. there are 6 counter in the service centre but open only 1 counter.... Please hire some employee if needed otherwise close the centre.

all is fine i have a samsung galaxy s9 so display was damaged by water i visit the care and the display charge 10870 and my phone now running well all is good first they said to me 6 to 8 days wating but it was very fast work they delevard me the phone within 2days thanks to mannager and little bit problem about the leady staff her beaviour i dont like

Service centre is good. Gave me warranty service without any hassle. Co-incidently, the lady attending me was too slow which can be very irritating. Took 20 minutes for the phone to go to the service persons inside. The reception/welcome guy was very sweet and polite. Overall a good experience.

I hate this service center, I am sorry to use such a hard word. They know only business by hook or crook. Their motives not good... Name of Samsung brand is damaged due to this kind of service center..

Very very poor work. Please do not visit this service centre.. They even do not know how to seal the back pannel of a water resistant phone. They do not know how to the pasting after repairing your phone. Horrible just.

Compare to the Shrirampur MI (CHOR) SERVICE CENTER . IT'S BETTER EXPERIENCE TO ALL SIDES .

Fast and affordable service. They had let some dust in during the repair, so the speaker got raspy. But they repaired it for free on second visit. This is the only reason for 4 stars.
