Best nursing home in Chandannagar to get improper treatment and to lose your nearest and closest ones . Patients are treated here very badly in all departments , specially ICU. No proper ICU doctors available here. No trained nurses available.. all are local girls busy in make up and phone calls. I have lost my mother last week. Only money earning is the prime role in this nursing home. This nursing home should be immediately sealed and Chandannagar Corporation should take necessary steps.

Unnecessary retaining patients at ICU for long and unnecessary charging for consultant doctor's visit has become the malpractice. The ratings are given mostly to attract patients. Have you ever seen that neuro doctor visits for all patients irrespective of disease. A day is not far when all specialists will arrive to charge the patients. It has become a practice to discharge the patients from ICU to axe the patients. Untidy not professional. Most charges are more than topmost Kolkata Pvt. Hospitals.Beware of Admission and make it viral to save the hard earned money of patients. Shame Shame Shame

Very bad infrastructure as well as I think doctor's (C.K.SOM) is totally disgusting.He doesn't give proper information about patients to their family members.. ICU facility is totally in tolerable..in these covid situation they allow to touch the patient.All patients are kept in close contact without proper guard..nurses are roaming and busy in phone and chating... I WILL DEFINITELY SEND MAILS TO OUR HEALTH DEPARTMENT (WEST BENGAL GOVERNMENT) AND MLA OF THAT AREA. AS WELL AS I WILL PUBLISHED ALL THE REPORTS ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

Normal patients admitted to ICU and fitted with oxygen just to charge extra. Bills are excessively high. No way to co ordinate with doctors. Horrible experience with my mother. Released her immediately after paying a hefty charge. Money making only. Not recommended at all.

The worst nursing home I have ever visited😠. I don't know how people are giving 4 , 5 star to this nursing home, it doesn't deserve that much . They are just doing their BUSINESS . The behavior of the staffs are horrible. They are not well mannered. The nurses does not take proper care of the patients. Doctos has no proper visiting time, there are no doctors in times of emergencies. In my perspective If anyone wants their patients to get well I will suggest not to admit them in this nursing home. They make the patients condition worst just to earn money.

doing business...does not give proper documents for medical reimbursements....made some contracts with health insurance companies as packages for different hospitalization cases but the amount of bill is much higher than the packages for cashless treatments...patient parties have to bear the rest amount...they just dont tell patient parties before admission...not recommended

I would have given a negative rating,had it been possible to do so.Herding of high number of patients in a congested room called ICU and administering oxygen even if you don't require it. Levying hefty charge from the patient parties is their only motto.Incompetent doctors doing rounds in ICU, refusing to divulge complete info regarding patient conditio.To comment about the behaviour of the nurses and attendants, the less said the better.They lack empathy for the patients and do not attend when required.

With General Beds, ICU(Intensive Care Unit) facility available and RMO is always on duty. Medicine storage room is also inside the Nursing Home.

If you want to live longer, stay away from this hospital. The intensive care unit is like an unsanitary fish market. The nurse's very unprofessional. They steal food from patients and treat them like inhuman. I have taken the pictures I am going to put on social media how horrible you treat your patients

Nursing Home is very bad... 1. No lift in spite of which ortho ward is in 1st floor 2. People are butchered as the Malik of nursing home is Inexperienced. 3. Without even consulting the anaesthetist decided to operate. 4. % of healthy patients who died after operation is high! Best nursing home to get your patients killed!

This is a house of death. I don't recommend this place anymore as they are simply doing business with patient. Doctors are calling again and again to their customers (patient) just like sales call for getting admission here. Behavior of all staffs are horrible here. They will just ruin your family by doing their business very smartly.

Very bad service.. Doctors over here are very much irresponsible.. Even the nurses and other stuffs are also very much irresponsible.. They only care about money and not the lives of the patients.. I lost my mother because of them especially C.K Som.. Worthless people..

Not a good experience. My Grandmother had stroke, and had to be admitted here, under C K.Som . She was here for 2 days, but nothing proactive was done. The ICU has no sanitation restriction. The medicines prescribed was of no use. All in all, its only for emergency, but for actual treatment, this is not the right place.

The receptionist in the USG section misbehave with public,if I stay out of Chandannagar how will I know about the timings,it is written 24 hrs open,the nursing home authority should take care of this.

Dr.Monodip Dutta is very good doctor. All staff of this nursing home are very active .and good take care of our patent. We are very happy .I wish my patent very soon recover.

My father recently went through hip joint surgery, Dr Monodip Dutta and his team took very good care of it and when I came across the Dr I found him being a very humble and helpful person I have also found all the stuffs from nursing home very much helpful and they told us all the details throughly and they are well behaved . I will recommend this nursing home to everyone as all the staffs are very very helpful regarding any queries or any other help food is also good(will recommend only for plasters or any hand related injuries)As my personal experience is not that good. Thus I will not recommend to go there for any orthopaedic related issues(specially for hip or femur) please visit an orthopaedic specialist there are so many doctors who have experience and many years of specialisation in this field. No doubt Dr Monodip dutta is a good human being but still.... somehow I feel like I have choosen the wrong place for treatment.
