I would like to share my experiences with cloud 6 pg 1. First we will talk about food according to them they have 35 years of experience cook and bring only fresh vegetables and proper hygiene food but what you get is totally tasteless food ,which you can eat only 2 to 3 day. 2. Behaviour when you are nearly to join this cloud 9 pg or room they will treated you too good like you are god for them and after day by day all the things change and when you finally decide to leave there pg and all the things suddenly change. 3. When you join the pg they will charge you one month rent plus security. So according to me don’t pay the security because when you leaving then they will suddenly charge you like bad sheets not washed some of your friends come that day so we will charge to 600 per night and all that plate is on your room so we will charge of that in short they didn’t wants to return your security money, so pay only 2k to 3 k as security. 4. They even did not solve your problem i lived here almost one month and my first day i had few issues I complained them but did not solve the day i left. 5. Charges if some of your friends comes for short time like 2 hours 3 hours then they will charge you 600 rupee if plates are on the room then 500 bad sheet are not clean then also. 6. One good thing about pg is that it’s looks nice when you visit first time, they will saw you clean and hygiene room but what you get is really different. 7. They will give you the old one bad sheet but when you leaving they wants that the bad sheet will be as good as new are, so please check your bad sheet before you take. 8. There are 2 or 3 more those are there own reviews which given by the pg owners. 9. Last and the first things don’t sign the agreement. 10. Don’t join any cloud ☁️ nine pg at all.

Stayed for 2 months here, the PG offered an average experience. The facilities and amenities provided were satisfactory, but there was nothing exceptional that would make it stand out from other similar accommodations in the area. However, the real problem arose when it came to refunding the security amount. Firstly, they took more than a month to process the refund after multiple follow-up. Secondly, it was disappointing to learn that the PG charged 18% GST on the security amount. This seems like an excessive amount, especially when the security deposit is meant to be returned in full after the stay. Thirdly, deducting 6% more GST on 2 months rent from the security amount is unacceptable. It is not justified to deduct any additional amount when the rent has already been paid for the two months. The behavior of the PG management in this matter is disappointing and leaves a negative impression on the overall experience. It shows a lack of transparency and fairness in their dealings with customers. As a result, I cannot recommend this PG to others who are looking for a place to stay. In conclusion, while the PG provided an average experience, their actions when it came to refunding the security amount left a sour taste. The extra GST charges and deductions from the security amount indicate a lack of integrity on their part. It is best to avoid such places and look for accommodations with transparent and fair refund policies.

Pg is good but dont trust about false reviews about food it was good on 3 days out of seven days and 4 days it was worst you can not eat after 2 weeks of stays as only provided only one sabzi and provided only 2 times a day but at the time of checkin they said 3 times meal will be provided but owners and there behaviour is worst all are money greedy charging much high and hide important terms which you come to know after paying security deposit which is 1% chance of paying you back (i get my refund after 100 followups and after 2 months of checkout and one if my friend still didn't get his refund) and rent. Behaviour of parvin is very unprofessional and talking in very rude manner. So i suggest you to take decision accordingly.

Extremely Ghatiya PG in NCR, if you want to getting depression, stress and after that end with suicide or something major illness than you have to stay here. 2nd security kabhi refund nahi krte ye. If you want peace in your life than avoid this PG. Lootere and badmass hai ye. Save your life to remove this pg from your list.

One of the worst pg in Gurgaon, Sector 38. Food quality is very bad. They they electricity bill of whole building from single person. One person electricity bill approximately 2000-2500. They haven't given a security deposit. Parveen(owner) will give a big big dreams of his pg. And at the end they are looting everyone. Humble request to everyone please dont go and waste your hard earned money.

Don’t even consider this pg or any cloud nine properties in gurgao if you value your money, rooms are really small and overpriced wifi is only there for name and doesn’t work. Food is miserable and sometimes they don’t even cook also they won’t allow you to cook your own even if you want to Cleaning staff doesn’t come as owner doesn’t pay their salary. Electricity bill come more then expected every time I don’t know that they have done owner try to make fool of the people. Also they won’t return your security and they think they can scare you off. Also vehicles are not safe my room mate bike got stolen from the pg and the owner Amit specifically was unhelpful cctv doesn’t work and washing machines too doesn’t work many workers left the pg as they were left unpair zero management from the owner Only picks up and call when he needs rent. I spent 6 months there worst experience in gurgao.

They charge you with all 5star name sake amenities. Power back up is not available. Even after multiple reminders nothing is done. Few days food quality is bad and not available on time. Hygiene factor is never in place. Fake promises. I am talking about sector 46 property for which they charge between 28k-30k. Total waste of money and disappointment in total. Highly not recommended!

This landlord exercises unprofessional practices of capturing security of people who leaves the PG and that's not it this guy Is a trash talker and publically defames others and verdicts them as characterless without any concrete base .I don't recommend this PG at all.

Worst living experience , the food in jail is better than that.

Worst PG ever. So many hidden charges. Owner Amit/Paveen own one more girls PG 924P sector 47. Food quality is bad. They have not refunded my security amount after serving notice also. Their manager Pawan is very cunning. Girls I warn you, don’t go there.

This pg have good services and staff. The behaviour of staff is also appreciating. And the rooms are clean and good facilities like Smart LED, Bed with Boxes.

Outstanding Security Measures they have applied in this building

Bathrooms in the back side balcony on all floors and the kitchen in parking are illegally constructed. Feel free to report it to the municipal corporation and they should seal the building.

I stayed in the place for 1 year did not faced much problem. The services was good. The thing that made me reduce stars is what happened after I checked out. After leaving from the pg it still took me nearly 6 more months to receive my final settlement. That also only happened when i kept on contacting them. So while you stay there things might be fine but once you leave you might have to roam around them for final settlement. That will also not be complete because they will deduct amount for everyday you are late to pay rent but will make you wait for final settlement. I waited more than 6 months.

I was there right before the covid started. The food quality was very bad, i didn’t get my refund back which was 9500. Owners are very rude and wont listen to any thing you would have to say.

Somehow expensive but the security and service is good
