The owner is not helpful at all. They do not have proper security measures. I had my bike parked in the parking area of the building when I had gone home for a couple of weeks. When I returned, there was a big dent on the petrol tank. The caretakers don't take responsibility. They promise on things and don't deliver like re-painting of the rooms, providing furniture, maintenance of appliances. You have to keep nagging for every little thing for 2-3 mo ths before it is solved. Even basic necessities like light bulbs are not changed in time and they tell you to buy your own if it is that urgent. They tell their own people to fudge the ratings and use words like Service, Hygiene, Humble to drown the negative reviews. A very bad experience.
