I visited the Lakme salon (sec 56) seeking a smoothening treatment, but the trainer named Rahul suggested a deep healing botox treatment based on my hair texture. Trusting his expertise, I agreed and underwent the treatment. However, after washing my hair three days later, I noticed that the desired results were not achieved. I assumed it was due to inadequate washing and tried again after three days, but the outcome remained unchanged, or even worse. I reached out to the salon multiple times, requesting an appointment to address the issue. Initially, they made excuses, but eventually agreed to schedule one. During the appointment, they washed my hair with a reviver and suggested that I may not have washed it properly. Despite following their advice, the results were still unsatisfactory. I tried contacting the professional responsible, but did not receive any response. After numerous follow-ups, they finally provided me with an appointment date after more than a month, stating that they needed to consult the trainer for a resolution. During the subsequent visit, they performed the treatment again, but unfortunately, it did not yield the desired results. I am currently attempting to communicate with my trainer regarding the matter, but he has not been responsive. Considering the significant amount I paid for the treatment, I believe it is unfair for them to expect me to settle for these unsatisfactory results. Who is responsible for this?

I have taken a service from rahul and shiba for botox treatment. It is a great experince I love my hair texture now its look soft and healthy. Previously my hair were very dry and bcz of that i was having a hairfall. I am also attaching before and after pictures. Guys its a nice place to treat your hair, its bit costly but u can come when there is some offer going on but worth try.

Shiva did a really good pedicure and manicure, he was very diligent in his work. It was a very relaxing experience Would love to come back here again. Also got a 15% discount which is offered on Tuesdays! I was happy with that too.
