Pros- Near to schools, hospitals, shopping malls,good security, cctv monitored society. Cons: too much traffic near society,can not go out or enter into society at times. Road near society is crooked and no street lights on road Lots of dog barking in society so students cannot study or peoples cannot WFH Power back up not working automatically so has to be done manually and no power back up supply in winter months. Society flats looking damaged from outside as no RWA doing painting of it or repair work. Parking problem all the time, all guests keep cars inside so sometimes resident dont get parking if reach late.Some residents keep many cars , sabzi seller also keep rehdi inside society. If any problem with any resident, they have to solve their problem no one helps in it. It was ok to rent any house here as security guards are good but if to buy one has to think and be prepared to solve any problem . Any issue inside society also has to be deal by concerned individual only no RWA help can be expected. Moving in and moving out charges seem to be high for tenants. Many dealers will misguide saying that its good location but better to spend time by checking with tenants who move out, one will give honest review.

The experience of living here is soo good. The society is soo friendly and safe to live and their is a park available with some rides for childrens and many trees to take part in the go green revolution and a plenty of space to park your vehicles and live with your family. There are security guards available at the entrance gate of The Lilac-II.

You feel as if you have landed on moon. The craters on approach road are as big as those found on lunar surface. Don't forget to take your landing gear with you!!

Nice location. RWA members cooperative and active in humanitarian tasks. They collected and donated stuff for underprivileged kids.

Nice society for married couples. Clean houses good security and friendly neighborhood.

A residential society with a variety of living options. One can enjoy the greenery here and properly managed residential societies. However, Gurgaon is not the right place to choose to live as there is no planned drainage system to flush the monsoon water. During monsoon the entire Gurugram (present name) becomes a water lagoon with a sight to see.

Good society inside and out. Amazing area for kinds and persons who can easily hangout with with family and friends in day and night. It's completely full of security and safe area for all the persons. Security guard is also available in this society whenever you can entered. Apart from that amazing 2 or 3 bhk flats with full furnished and clean gardening area as well. This is the best society you can easily live in with full security and safety.

Small Gated Complex with power backup. It's better and peaceful living. Construction littlebit old but maintained.
