No matter what time you take the bike in day. Returning time is 9:00 AM sharp. I booked a bike(RE Thunderbird x 350 Red Variant) beforehand by paying ₹1000 in advance for 2 days, but they refused to provide me the model I booked when I reached their office, saying the bike was on a trip and couldn't come back in time due to rain. That was totally disheartening. Still buying what they said, I went on with another bike that was provided (RE Bullet 350 cc, silver variant). The bike worked fine, **helmet provided was not in good condition**., I got an hour and 10 minutes late to reach the loaction to return the bike. They charged me ₹200 extra for that. Overall a bad experience.

Very nice and helpful men. The bikes were brand new (not even 10 days old) We had to return the bikes 2 days early due to personally reasons and they were more than helpful. One of the best places in Dehradun. Fair prices and great service. 100% recommendation especially for tourists!!!

Very reliable. We got an RTR from them for 4 days to trek Uttarkashi. He arranged a bike within 30 minutes that too at 7:30 in the morning. The bike was very well maintained and clean. There were no hiccups with our security deposit as well. The selection of bikes can improve other than that a great place to rent bike from.

They provide professional service. We hired RE for 12 days. The bike was in great condition. They also fixed luggage carrier upon request. Overall, Great bike for affordable price.

Dont be a fool never give advance payment to this person he will talk etc etc and after u paid they change all words according to him .. Old worst scooty even mussoorie hill scooty cant go smoothly they stopped and accident may be happening.. still i manage after that .. The timing issue ... 9 o clock checkout if u take for mussoorie then u have to pay one more day price. Because u cant come on 9 o clock and they change extra 200rs for that
