I am owner of a plot in Alameda. As of now No amenities yet, be it club house, proper periphery wall etc. Meetings going on with DLF but till now no satisfactory answer from them. In last meeting we met with AVP dlf shri Om bir ji. He is newly appointed for alameda project. He requested for a week time for better picture. Please think twice before buy in alameda. Current rating 6/10. Rest let’s see in future. Regards

It was declared one of the best gated society by DLF in Gurugram haryana. There are many cases of theft inside the society. Parks and roads are well maintained. Maintenance is Rs.22000 quarterly. It is mandatory to make front boundary similar to all. But now DLF is self building floors in many vacant plots. There is no club or no market. It is difficult to reach here without your own vehicles. There are grills in place of boundary wall. While company has taken amount of clubs and boundary wall from plot owners. It will not be better than a HUDA sector in future.

DLF Almeda Sec 73 Gurugram is one of the best residential sector in Gurugram. Big parks well maintained, good security and street lighting. Greenery and cleanliness good. Peaceful and pollution free area in Gurugram.
