Extremely
pathetic
service.
I
had
booked
for
a
haircut,
face
massage
and
hair
spa.
I
come
as
per
my
appointment
time
at
4:30
and
the
manager
says
that
slots
are
full.
Then
when
I
tell
her
I
have
an
appointment
she
says
I
have
to
call
and
confirm!
I
did
not
know
that
taking
an
appointment
means
you
have
to
call
and
confirm
also
if
you
have
an
appointment!
I
finally
get
my
haircut
done
and
then
the
manager
tells
me
that
face
massage
and
hair
spa
are
not
possible
because
there
are
no
staff
and
they
have
appointments
(when
I
have
also
taken
an
appointment
and
come).
I
agree
to
have
it
done
another
day
and
ask
them
to
give
a
hair
wash.
When
I
go
for
the
hair
wash,
the
guy
who
gave
me
the
hair
wash
uses
a
towel
which
was
wet
&
was
smelling.
Even
standalone
salons
use
fresh
towels
and
here
a
premium
chain
uses
such
measures
which
not
only
spread
infection
but
are
extremely
unhygienic!
I
raise
this
as
a
complaint
and
suddenly
the
manager
lady
is
now
where
to
be
seen
at
the
billing
counter.
There
was
another
manager
Ms.
Joy
and
when
I
raised
my
concerns
she
asked
me
if
I
would
like
to
get
my
other
services
for
which
I
had
booked
to
be
done.
(I
was
even
more
surprised
now
because
2
managers
are
contradicting
each
other).
Ms.
Joy
was
extremely
cooperative
and
handles
customers
well
as
compared
to
the
other
manager.
Her
behaviour
and
attitude
definitely
sticks
out
like
a
sore
thumb.
After
I
raised
the
complaint
to
her,
she
was
nowhere
to
be
seen.
I
paid
Rs.
600
for
that
extremely
unhygienic
hair
cut.
Please
go
to
Geetanjali
salon
only
on
a
weekday
when
it’s
literally
empty
and
not
on
a
weekend
like
a
Sunday
when
it’s
utter
chaos,
service
goes
for
a
toss
to
the
extent
of
the
most
unhygienic
methods
being
practiced.
Will
never
recommend
them
for
the
practices
that
they
follow.
