Worst nail extensions outside there was written that nail extensions for 500 only and inside I spent 1200 for nails and after removal of nails no buffing was done for the nails they applied a weird oil and that’s no care taken after removal of nails staff was not at all interested in doing it and was rude and even she clipped off my real nails Honest review trust me never visiting them again real nails were really hard

I went for nanoplastia treatment to this salon and i got a bug chunk of wavy hair back again after my first head wash. I went back to the salon for resolving this issue they said they cannot do anything about the wavy chunk of my hair and further tried putting it on me. I was continuously being told that my hair was super damaged it has no life in it even while the treatment was being done on my hair. There were further excuses that the wavy chunk must have taken shape of my body or it must have been because i slept on “wrong pillow” so the hair got into that wave because of the pillow. The staff further claimed that we did not agree on a treatment which would straighten my hair instead said that we only agreed on providing protein to my hair. If i would have only wanted protein i would have got keratin treatment on my hair but i clearly told them that i need straight hair so i got nanoplastia done.

Worst experience ever … waste of money and zero services …. Initially i went to rajouri garden branch for my hair smoothening that guy totally spoiled my hair .. then again i complaint and went to pachim vihar branch to correct my spoiled hair but again of no use … they have spoiled my hair sooo much that noone can say i have done smoothning..if smoothning was not possible on my hair the hair expert wold have informed me that its not possible but just to make money they do anything on ut hair and least bothered how much the customer is suffering…u guys have spoiled my hair completely and also my upcoming functions for which i wanted to have smoothning… i came all the way from ggn to delhi spending soo much money on. Cabs then spending money on parlours for hair wash not once but twice and smoothing was for 3500 rs but including my cab expenses and palour cost and expensive shampoos it over all cost me more than 8k … totally wasted my money and time.I want my money back otherwise i am going to take it further . U guys spoiled my hair like hell n least bothered abt ur customers.u guys r only interested in making money .by opening soo many branches doest mean its a good salon but providing good service to customer makes a good salon and u guys r zero in that . Pathetic salon.guys i request u not to visit this salon if u want to save ur money n hair . Pay more but go to good salon who uses genuine products.

Hey, I had my wedding makeover by Hair Mystery and it was really breathtaking, loved every inch of it. I had my dreamy look, couldn’t be more grateful and happier to get dolled by Anusha ma’am. Thanks a ton♥️

First day engagement makeup was good. They provided best services and time. But on the second day for bridal makeup they have taken so many booking so not gave proper time. No proper makeup time. They call us for 4 hours but took only 1 hour to get ready. For other time they show u just we are doing but we need to wait so long. Also make up was not good as expected bcz of lack of time.

Staff is not professional, Some of them are rude. They don't know how to attend the customer. Took the services like balias, hair styling, bridal makeup, disappointed with all services. Infact, while doing bridal makeup, One of the disappointment was the nail polish( seriously, school going kids can do it better), but she applied worst ever. I did a mistake choosing this salon for our special day. Management should look for quality professionals who knows how to talk, how to understand customer requirements and how not to spoil special days of customers who are paying you.

I love all the things here very good interior as well as all staffs are very polite. When you visit here they gave you hair counciling so that you can choose right package for your hairs.Here you can get every single things top to bottom of your body. There is also space for visitors for sitting. These guys works very hard to satisfy their customers. I am attaching some of the pics so you can relate my experience.
