Visited the outlet yesterday, I liked the decor of this outlet. the service is bit slow, reception staff is very rude, the sitting space is good. Have stand eating and seat eating facilities both. Also having full and wide sitting space at the floor above with washroom facilities. KFC is known for its chicken items. It’s taste is very yummy and awesome. Next time hope I give 5 stars.

Entered this one on a dime. This is one of the KFC outlets located in Connaught Place with the ordering kiosk downstairs and dining space upstairs. Nothing quirky but your typical KFC ambience with footfalls of all ages. They offer a fast service and a helpful staff serving some of the best fried chicken all over Delhi. My personal recommendations would be a Big 8 Bucket having the best of both, that is, Hot and Crispy Chicken and Smoky Red Chicken. I suggest ordering from their app or website which offers round the year discounts.

This store has washroom too so always a good option specially for ladies. Like any other outlet KFC offers good varieties of non veg 🍔. Veg options are very limited. First floor sitting area is very spacious but lacks latest trendy interior design.

We visited here and ate 4 pieces chicken bucket, Peri peri chicken strips bucket and Miranda drink. They also served red chutney with myyonise and tomato ketchup. Both chicken flavors are so nice.

Service was ok, nothing special to mention. Location is just the right place. Food is ok too, the new double chicken roll we ordered and it was not worth at all. The bread was not even cooked properly, it was still raw when we ate. I know it's a fast food chain but the product could have been better. We had some fried chicken couple of days back it was good and upto the KFC standard. Just conveying the feedback for the new roll. Thanks!!

KFC - Inner Circle, Connaught Place First thing I'll say about the outlet - It was smelly, when we came here to have lunch. Not the pleasant smell of chicken, but like a bad odour over the area. The ordering area is on ground floor & sitting is on 1st floor. Even as we were ordering, there was a bad odour coming from the 1st floor. So after taking our order, we proceeded upstairs. The floor was sticky, like after a coke spill. Our table was oily & greasy & smelled bad. I looked around a bit & realised all tables are the same & many other customers complained of the same issues. I was really surprised to see this state of the outlet. Dirty, smelly & greasy. It was as if it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Further, the cleaning staff was exceptionally rude. Already KFC food is quite expensive in India, now further they are giving poor quality dine-in. Kinda out of tolerance. Won't go here again & suggest u to do the same, if u want to avoid embarassment. Take a Take-away instead of sitting upstairs. Do observe the greasy tables in my pic, they look so dirty & cheap class.

Really dissapointed with this KFC outlet..first they served us the cold fries. That was a big turn off. We expect the food to be warm hot and fresh. Secondly, there was issue with the hygiene. Cockroach were roaming around the sittimg area which was really worst. I hope they maintaine the hygiene and work on the food quality

Food and atmosphere are good as space is pretty much enough to sit.

Classic zinger and tandoori zinger meal are my all time fav in KFC it’s finger licking good😋😋😋😋😋😋🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

Thou the food is good but I am unhappy with the service they offer. They have printed the wrong phone number, it is not the same number I gave it to them. I thought I would receive good updates from them but when I saw the bill the number was not the same. They have created an unfaithful trust in me, that's why I don't like the service they offer.
