Experience was too much bad because of staff and their behaviour is also too rude. And they charge more price as compared to desired price. Worst room they gave even after paying extra price and lowest service. "Please dont book from this hotel"

Extremely rude staff at reception! Denied receiving our payment which was done through their partner oyo. Asking us to deal with oyo instead of providing any assistance. Denied us our room or any kind of refund! The staff has zero listening skills and 100% excuse skills! Beware of this shady and scammy hotel!

They charged me 1800rs for room and 90rs for three waterbottles Told me to pay 1300rs online and 500rs cash. I asked thm tht i wanted to pay 1800rs online they refused They said 500rs in cash or pay full in cash. U cant pay 1800rs online due to tax issues. I asked tht water bottle is complimentary they said no sir u hv to pay 90rs extra for 3 water bottles. I visited yesterday My entry was on the name of shivam.

I stayed last night in this hotel. The staff is worst in this hotel .i am frequent traveller and this hotel was worst till now . The original name of hotel is the royal residency. The person who was available on reception, he denied for extra mattress and said he doesn't provide extra mattress. He was shouting and ready to even flight me with , we were 2 female and one male he denied to provide access to second female in room and asked to book another room, i paid and it was to late to search other hotel that time he was using abusive language . pls beware about this hotel as he is gangster kind of person and full of negativity.

I'll suggest you to never book here.one star is also too much rating for this place. If you'll go with online booking hotel owner will denied for check-in as prices are cheaper than their offline booking price hence they used to denied at the time of check-in. 2-3 cases like this came when I went for check-in and same happened to me also. Receptionist is also too much rude. Also if they don't have vacant room then also it shows availability on websites.
