This company is a looter. Theyare just duping customers. When you inquire anything, they will come behind your life after making hundred of calls to sell their product. In my case, they asked me to take swimming services as they confirmed that they are operational. When, I paid and asked them to start this. I got to know they have not opened as government as not given them approval after covid 19. I wait for their approval but when government allowed then they said, sorry we need time and will inform you shorly with opening date. Now it has been one and half month. I am just waiting. When I asked for refund, they said it is not possible as they have no refund policy.

It is closed since last 3 months. However fitso continues to give session for training for this fitso center.

This place is a mystery, when it reopens and when it closes. It has infrastructural issues, which makes a little difficult for people who wants to opt for regular swimming though they have branches nearby but it becomes inconvenient especially for kids who wants to learn Lastly it's a good place to swim in summers but in winters it sucks. Fitso team have worked very hard to rectify this issue but problem still persist. Hopefully time will come when I will change my Rating to 5 star. Kudos to operations and coaching team.

Better faculty/coaches here as compared to other Fitso swimming pools. They train you properly with utmost care. Pool and washroom is just fine. It could be better

Water depth was less. Space was small. Good for beginners.

As compared to the strength of the pool, it's a little congested because there are extra people swimming. The water was perfectly heated.

swimming pool is bit small, also locker placement could have been better. Otherwise nice pool.
