Favourite place for beer at ambience mall Gurgaon. Nice ambience with ok view of outside. Staff is courteous and service is fast. Special mention of “Jagdish” very polite and humble. Food is great, love their think crust pizza. Good part they have in-house smoking area. Which is surely an add on.

My love for the chicken drumstick will never come to an end. Is so amazing. Their chutney is so yummy. And the masala they put is WOW. It water's your mouth as soon as you enter the restaurant. Food portions are also very good. Worth visiting for a good dinning experience but this place was just great and loved the food and spices.

Food is worst you need to improve quality… plus the staff was not good as I ordered something and I got something else.. but I’m glad they changed the dish … unfortunately the other dish was cold even quantity was less

It was very good experience with them. Whole process was very smooth and quick. Biometric happened at scheduled time and agreement was delivered next day itself. So it was pretty impressive.

Everytime I want to go out for a drink, I think I should check out a new bar but the loyalty program and the familiarity stops me from going anywhere else. I absolutely love The beer cafe and promote it for free. I'm a pizza lover and their Chicken Picante Pizza is to die for.

The place has the best ambience compared to any general pub. There are a huge variety of draught beer. The only downside is that everything comes at 10% service charge and all alcohol is accompanied by a 18.5% tax. So there is an increment of 28.5% to the listed price.

Had a great experience at beer cafe Ambience mall. Sumit is a great server and really makes your experience worthwhile. The place has great seating, better than most beer cafe’s I’ve been to. Spicy prawns and other food items were great as well. Highly recommended

Brought dirty glasses that smelled like wet rags... the beer was old and completely flat, I could only manage a few sips. The staff were very nice though and I wasn't charged for the few sips I took. Another beer was offered but after one glass change and the old beer I wasn't interested.

Must visit place in ambience mall. If you want some relaxation with good food this is the perfect place to visit. Special mention to pranjal who treated us as family. Loved his services and the music he played specially for us.

This is more of a social place than a sit-down eat or quick bite. Good selection of beers, very cozy setting, and the food menu is decently wide enough so there's something for everybody. It is a little pricey and the bar is a little difficult to sit at with the counters short reach so your knees hit the bar and you have to awkwardly bend over to the bar top to drink and eat. However, this establishment is meant to be experienced with friends so you're not really meant to sit at the bar by yourself. Come here with friends and enjoy the great atmosphere and good music.

The team is fantastic, the menu is excellent, and I appreciate the overall ambiance. Everyone was supportive during my visit, making it a great experience. I recommend this café to anyone planning to visit Gurgaon.

Went for the office party with the Tech Team. It was the only Cafe - Restaurant which was opened even after 11 PM and we were there till 1:30 AM. It is located on the 4th floor of Ambience Mall. We had a Wheat Beer Tower, which I tried a bit and it was good. I am a pure vegetarian so will give its reviews but will add non veg items too without reviews. We had tried so many veg food items from their menu- 1. Chilli Corn - Best crispy corn I ever had 2. Honey Chilli Fries - Normal chilli potatoes 3. Chilli Paneer - Amazing taste 4. Hara Bhara Kebab - It was okayish 5. Classic Margherita Pizza 6. Peppy Paneer Tikka Pizza 7. Arrabiatta Pasta 8. Spring Roll 9. Dal Makhani with Laccha Paratha - It is enough for 2 people but parathas are so so. Quantity might be less but everything was really tasty. Non veg items - 1. Drums of Heaven 2. Non veg Platter Had few drinks also - 1. Fruit Punch 2. Mango Shake 3. Virgin Mojito They are giving 15% discount if a world cup match is going on or if you wear Indian Team Jersey. The food was great, and the beer was also crisp. They offer a wide variety as well. They have special offers during afternoon on pitchers and towers. It's generally pretty free and you wouldn't need to worry about not finding a table. The prices are a little high, but it's fair considering this place is within a mall. Beware, they levy a 10% service charge on the bill. When asked to remove, we were shown a sign on their door and they did not remove the charge even though we insisted. This kinda bummed the whole experience a little. Just keep this in mind.

Absolutely amazing Experience! The place is beautiful and one of the staff members Abhishek are super friendly and the food is delicious. I love that you get a lot of food as well for the price. It’s definitely not like other expensive cafe and you only get a small amount of food. I am definitely going back. Such a warm and welcoming environment!

ACs not functioning properly on a Friday evening and service is really bad. Ordered honey chilli potato and learned that they just cook the frozen food at the place and served it half cooked. AC in the lobby of ambience mall is much better than their old ACs

This is one of the amazing joints where you can chill with friends or family. The crowd is subtle,with perfect ambience to celebrate your occasion. They serve menu which won't hit your pockets be it fooding or alcohol, that too with a pallette of varieties.

Good place to have beer with group, it's inexpensive, have decent food options, and staff is also good. Amazing thing is ambiance and view, of and from this place, staff is good too , you will enjoy it with a good company on your side.

Beer café has a great range of beer, obviously. But the bill after all the charges and taxes is always a lot higher than one would expect. For a quick domestic beer it's ok in terms of value for money, but otherwise I find it overpriced. It's also high time bars included taxes in their prices as stated on the menu.

Hopeless place, overpriced, overfried in bad oils and poor quality food, no value for money, portion is vet bad, stuff is not cleaning tables on time, dirty things throwing on the floor while cleaning/spraying the table. Service is poor. Family was sitting near us, they asked something without mushrooms, but they brought it with mushrooms, people were upset, paid the bill and left. Felt very disgusting 🤢 staying there. Not recommended.

Really poor service, the manager was unavailable and the serving staff was made in charge of things saying the person would be available at 1pm while the opening time is 12pm. The initial experience of going there and sitting down was itself so putting off that no point explaining the beer and the food

Okay okay experience. first of all service is slow. Seats are not cleaned and maintained. Temperature not maintained.

Place is in ambience mall which is very crowded. AC was also not working in beer cafe when we went tem fan where provided. Beer option was also very less. They are ok to remove the service charges if you ask them to remove it.

Service was good but they have limited pints only. Beer cafe supposed to be have a wide variety range of beers. But they have limited. I hope they work on this.

Beer cafe is on the fourth floor of ambiance mall entry from gate no 4. This was my first visit to this outlet though it is very near to my office. Ambiance: The place is big and seating is comfortable, we got the table with loungers right at the entry. The place has bar seating as well, also being in the mall they have a smoking room in the restaurant which is quite convenient for people who smoke. Service: The place was crowded and I felt they were understaffed. We had to find a waiter and request him to stop and take our order on which he would say wait and go and call the waiter who would take care of our table. Though the service was not bad the staff was polite and friendly and the order was brought to our table in no time. Drinks: We had beer as the name suggests. We had bira white from the tap and Budweiser pint. The same was served chilled so no complaints from my side. Food: We orders the wings platter which had 12 pcs of chicken wings in three different sauces. The wings were nice and tasty. We also had a 12” chicken supreme pizza which was decent not great but was ok. Masala peanuts which were decent as well. The only suggestion is if someone is ordering almost beer it is considered a normal thing to serve a small portion of peanuts with it, on me asking they said we would charge for masala peanuts and give you plain if you want which as per me is not good hospitality. Cost: our bill for 5 mugs (500ml each) of beer and three pints with pizza and wings was around 6500 INR, I felt it was a bit on higher side. Also earlier they use to have an app on which you could scan the bill and get points the same has changed and when I asked the waiter on how we can add points he was a bit clueless on the same. Overall it’s a nice place to chill and have good conversations over beer and food. But compared to the service beer cafe use to offer before covid it is a bit low for me.

Chill place to be with friends or closed ones. They even have a smoking room within the area. You can even find some cozy and private seats in the premises. FCFS...

The place is located inside the Ambience Mall Gurgaon. The vibe is nice with the tinted glass and dim lighting. The food and service is just fine. The only bad thing about this place is that they charge service charge mandatorily and don't give any service per se. They don't even remove service charge even after asking as per the Supreme Court rules. They should at least try to justify their service charge. The food is also just average and good for some chilling inside the mall in a hot day. That's it.
