Hey guys, Great ambience, Humble staff, Ultimate DJ live till 12:30 am Bar was open till 12:30 am Inside and outside sitting. It’s on second floor. Lift available Ample parking space in the basement. Parking charges 50rs / first two hours, then 10rs every hour. We had an office party few days back. Everything was fine, except food quality. Drink were fine. Food was okay okay. I recently visited The Ark yacht bar and had a great experience! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. We happened to come here for a party which had got organized but what a BAD DECISION it was. I had heard no so cool things abt the place but got to have experienced once I was there. Very off the record kind of music, food was a mess, we had a table for 22 people and our menu for the night had all many options of Veg/Non Veg yet they keep bringing Pizza which was jst awful. The drinks had many options but God knows what they were bringin on table in their own decanter. Once pointed to hotel manager, then they brought changes to it. Honestly, Avoid this place for a party above 10 pax.

One of the most unpalatable food I had in my life. No matter what was served, it was highly salty. Looked like the chef / cook did not want us to experience the real yaste if the food on offer. Hopeless mocktails as well. Broken straws were given to us, 2 times in a row. Seats weere uncomforrable. Average time to deliver was 40mns on certain dishes. It faces golf course road so lot of pollution outdoors and metro also created a lot of noise. Plz avoid this place.

Dear Pankaj, This review is coming from a person who has booked The Ark on multiple occassions for corporate get togethers. Surely something was wrong this time around. All we wanted to do was celebrate the birthday of our senior who is almost 60 years old. But what your management called as an 'Operational Call' was humiliating to our group. With no reason or complaints, the management decided to bring in a barrier in the middle of the dance floor to segregate 2 harmless groups. Being a part of the young generation, I have had the chance to attend multiple saturday nights, wherein multiple group of people would dance on the undivided dance floor. Your teams judgement or rather lack of it was not required tonight. The audacity of the manager to be arrogant in this situation definitely highlights the lack of quality your club has stooped to. Utterly disgusted with your actions against a highly respectable group of people. To all newcomers... these people market the place as one of the best... do not be fooled by it.

It was a great experience out there at The Ark. The friendliness of the staff seems genuine. You get live music here with very fast servicing. I have never seen such good customer service as I experienced here. Don’t let appearances fool you—the decor may be divey, but the pies are fantastic. This place is perfect for groups. I highly recommend it. It is a suitable place for throwing parties and meet ups. Even its a good place for couples too.

Here's what happened with me , i booked the place 2 week ago for a birthday celebration for 19th March. I was informed by General Manager that the booking is confirmed. Since last week till today morning I have been constantly following up to share food menu which never came till now. So I called the General manager Mr Roy Who's so busy entire day that he does not have time to reply to messages or even call back to the client but will read all your messages.Then i spoke to resturant manager Mr Kundan who now's tell me that the restaurant is under renovation and will not be able to host our event which 3 days from now. Mr Roy ( GM )and Mr Kundan(RM) please learn some Hospitality manners and a courtesy to call your client amd update them for their events. Rather then client calling you. DC Guys my suggestion to you keep a back plan for your upcoming events if you plan to host in Ark.

It is a nice place with a good ambience. The quality and taste of food was great. We were also able to watch dance performances by salsa dancers. The only issue is that they don't provide takeaway option for the leftovers, so the food is wasted.

The environment is too good, gives us more comfortable in seating arrangement and nice view at (roof top). They are the biggest cheaters. I booked this place for my daughter's birthday, they promised the entire hall exclusively for us after taking advance but booked another party for the same day and same time. Since it was a birthday party for both the party's daughters, we both compromised and took half the hall so as to not spoil our daughters special day. The restaurant people didn't leave any choice for us as we came to know about this goof up just an hour before the party started. They did this on purpose as the menu was different for both parties and even the children's name and age was different. Just the booking name was same but I think every logical person can understand that except the host name everything else is different. Ours was a non alcoholic package and the other party had booked the liquor package. Our menus were completely different but they made both the menu food. So this means that they did this on purpose. And after the party we still paid them out of our decency they had the audacity to call us and ask for the remaining amount which we didn't pay because of this mistake on their part. I will suggest that if you plan a party then take everything in writing from them. These guys can not be trusted.
