Service is too slow. Staff are also very egoistic. They don't talk nicely. It is located in sector 29 gurgaon. This bar is not so big. It can hardly accommodate 30-34 people at a time. Food is costly with no taste. Weekends are very crowded. Sometimes booking are full.

It was very atmosphere inside the 21 Shorts.. Music was good and loud and lots of youngsters doing their parties there. Entry was Rs 1000 per person you can use those 1000 Rs for drinks and food. Drinks were expensive we got Teachers Bottle for 4200 Rs and beer mug for 300 as well. We ordered Chilli chicken, Butter chicken, Dal fry tandoori roti at end. We also ordered few shakes as well. Overall good experience and food was too 👍 good. Girls were friendly and were dancing with us with no problems. It's on first floor. There were spaces available for private party. Good staff was there. Overall very good experience.

21 shots is in hub of lounges and clubs in Gurgaon which gives party vibes. It's spacious and interior is on point. I went there with my friends I had crispy corn- it was crispy delicious. A great snack to have. Dahi kabab- it was soft and perfectly cooked. It is indeed mouth watering. Drums of heaven - it was the best part of snacks. ( Highly recommended) Chicken tikka pizza with lamb pepperoni - filled with veggies, chicken and lamb pieces. I loved it. Main course Paneer butter masala And murgh makhani served with different types of bread - definitely a big thumbs up for amazing food. And the last part is dessert which was chocolate brownie with ice cream- brownie was soft and filled with cashews. A good place to hangout with friends and family

The staff is fraud, rude and disloyal. When I enquired on call - the staff boy asked me to come and offered 25 percent discount. When we went there and placed ourselves in one corner sofa table - they asked us to change the place and this happened three times in a row. When asked about discount, the guy said it must be a mistake as they don't offer any such discount. For confirmation, i dialed on the same number and that guy's phone rang and he disconnected the call right infront of us. We really felt cheated and left that fraudulent place. Requesting everyone to never ever visit this place and spoil your evening

This bar is situated in sector 29 and has a great ambiance. It has a dance floor and has a variety of music which everyone loves. It also has a good collection of beer and whisky which everyone loves to have. The food is delicious and so is the drinks. The seating is comfortable and the place is designed very well. The service is superb. And the best part is that it is open till 6 am on weekends.

We were looking for a place to spend our free time near our office and all the options available were either too expensive or had a limited menu. We also wanted to try out a place with a great ambience and a good crowd, and one of our colleagues suggested this place. We were skeptical at first, but this place more than met our expectations. The crowd was nice and friendly and we ended up spending an entire evening here. The service was amazing, the drinks were great, and the food was delicious! We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great evening out!

The place is in Sec 29 hub of pubs/bars but 21 shots service is particularly the one which disappoints. Its the usual same guy who sits on the welcome chair and never welcomes and after your arrival will take the order and bring it too on your table. This guy is heights when it comes to disappointing service. Doesn't talk if something asked, and if you try to ask again will get irritated. One of the occasion there manager did came and apologized but the next time too, this guy's behaviour was the same. Food is okay, chicken tikka and paneer tikka are particularly good while drums of heaven are average. Ambiance is pretty good and if they can improve the service, they may get better though I am sure they are not interested.

The worst service I have experienced at this place, the waiters don’t listen the manager, I have experienced with one waiter named raza (Muslim) he doesn’t listen manager, no one ready take his name. No respect you can accept, I won’t suggest you to go for next week. I hate mullas now 😡😡😡😡

They are quite Expensive. They charge 1000rs for 1 bottle of Beer (tuborg) and waiters/bar tenders might lie to you that fresh beer barrel/Jar is not available so that you will end up buying their expensive beer and at the same time you will find they will provide the same barrel to someone having connection with anyone from the service team of bar.
