Sub standard bar and restaurant. Not maintained at all. Most of the things need repair. Food s not upto the mark. Bar s not having choices. Too small menu. No choices of drinks. Worst case-in the second floor on the top of Restaurant caught fire while we were dinning. It created a chaos and we had to left in disorder n confusion. Not a family place strictly.

Why you shouldn’t go: 1. They don’t provide good discounts. 2. The reservation facility is worst as they badly ignores the Dineout and EasyDiner reservations. You would be required to wait outside their premises. 3. If you are not happy with their services they don’t allow you to give a waiver of Service Charges. If you opt for the Service charge weaver then you can’t opt for any discount. 😐 4. There is no waiting area even you have informed them about your reservation. The hospitality of this restaurant is worst. From manager to attendant all are really not good as per the customer service sector. I visited with my 15friends and we had to wait for 1 hour out side their restaurant. We really don’t wanna go their again. 😐

Dutyfree is a Bar at Sector 29 Gurgaon. It is located at the centre of Sector 29’s party hub and in front of the main parking area. I have been to this place many times, loved the vibes and crowd of this place. The music they play is happening and their food and service is also good. On my recent visit, I tried their Pizza, Pasta, Paneer tikka and a few drinks. Everything tasted good. Pasta was hot, creamy and yummy and I also liked the Achari Paneer Tikka very much. I love to visit this place for partying with my friends.

A good place to hang out. Though I did not try their brewery skills but the food was good. I felt the live performance artist was genuinely trying to entertain the audience. And I liked it because he was singing because he loved his craft. You can try this place provided you are not looking for a quiet evening.

Terrible staff(a single person). Making weird faces and awful body language. Doesn't know how to treat customers. Ambience is good but place is not maintained properly. Dusty sofas and insects roaming around(saw a legit cockroach on my table). Food is good(except prawns and pizza).

Very bad experience with this place. They added extra items in the bill which we never ordered and Managers, waiters misbehaved and threaten us to pay. Also they added services charge on it and when we ask to remove them they start abusing and even cancelled the discount which they promise.

I recently visited the 'Duty Free - Vayu Bar' in Sector 29, Gurugram, Haryana, and I was very disappointed to find that the word 'Namaste' was being used inappropriately alongside offensive language. This is not respectful and it hurts the sentiments of the Indian community. When I asked the manager about this, he said that the management wants it to be placed prominently and they have made it a theme of their Bar. I urge the management of this establishment to reconsider their choice of words and show more cultural sensitivity. Otherwise I will have to file a Legal Case against the Bar.

It was fine. I ordered crispy corn and it was neither crispy nor tasty. Service was fine. But the place need to do some work. The lights are not very great, specially for early evenings. At night they can use those lights but for us it was big headache. We went around 6pm. There are better options to try!

This place has a nice ambiance & food. Visited only once, and our experience was pretty good. They can do little maintenance around the outdoor seating and especially the washroom area. The service was good, however the waiter didn't have much idea about what's the specialist of the restaurant 😁 शायद "नया है वह"! 😁 This place doesn't have the terrace open. So, you can be at the balcony if you'd like to open air ☺️

Music too loud like really loud, more than it's actually needed and DJ doesn't know how to control bass and treble. There is a lot of scope of improvement in service. Could have done a lot better but a little negligence from staff effects customer's experience.

If you want to have a great time with your friends dancing your heart out and eat some delicious food at affordable prices, Duty Free is the place. They serve some fantastic cocktails with quirky names. Ambience is perfect for a party. Not recommended for dates as with such loud you guys won't be able to speak to each other. Also, they had dhol wale when I recently visited. That live dhol beats mixed with the DJ was one pumping the dance floor with superb energy. Must visit place👍🏼

My recent visit to the duty free- the vayu bar left me deeply disappointed. They had enticingly advertised a generous 25% discount on both food and drinks, which naturally caught my attention. Before visiting this place I had purchased a deal for IMFL drinks from the nearbuy website. However, my excitement soon turned into frustration as I placed my order from the regular menu for my food selections. To my dismay, the 25% discount that had been promised was conspicuously missing from my final bill. It was only then that I was informed, somewhat casually, that I couldn't receive the discount because I had already purchased a deal from a nearbuy. The food bill had no relation to the IMFL order. If I had ordered another IMFL drink then they could have said that, but the serving staff started behaving rudely without any consideration. I believe that clear communication is key in such situations, and it would have been much appreciated if this policy had been communicated upfront. Regrettably, I left the establishment with a considerably higher bill than anticipated, devoid of the promised discount. This experience has left me with no desire to consider a return in the future. I initially chose to visit this place based on positive Google reviews, but unfortunately, it did not live up to the expectations. There are plenty of other dining establishments worth exploring, and I would recommend exploring those options instead. Lastly, but certainly not least, I must emphasize the need for improvement in their service staff. The behavior of the serving staff was rude and less than satisfactory during my visit.

It is a good place to hangout. The ambience is great, they offer wide variety if delicious food , you can always vouch for their food quality and taste. The best part is we find it the most economical priced restaurant in sec 29. These days they are offering 50% discount on food if you are vaccinated. Do try if you are around #happyfravelling

Everything is fine except couple of points for which I am giving one star less: 1. There is not much variety in brewed beer and also the options they have are very light. Like u will drink 3-4 glasses and nothing would be felt. 2. They are forcibly charging service charge of 10% which is against the supreme court ruling, if u deny to pay that they will remove the complete discount from your bill which is 50% from Mon-Thurs and 25% for weekends

Food quality - Below average Alcohol - Limited options Dance floor - Small DJ - Good Organised a corporate party here. Appetizers across the menu are subpar at best. Worst appetizers - Chicken popcorn and Mutton seekh kabab. Chicken was chewy and dry. Be it chilli paneer or chilli chicken, you wouldn't notice any difference. It's all bland. Dance floor is so small that you will keep colliding with the furniture around or other people. You can find better options nearby.

Food: 2/5Pizza taste has gone down, base looked prepared one, tandoori momos were tasty but then size is smaller now Noodles and chilli chicken were very good Beer 5/5, must try kiwi beer, it has got a very subtle flavour of kiwi, and still has the beer feel

It was good to spend time there. The only thing which was turning off point was quantity of food. It's way too less as compare to price range. Staff was not paying much heed to the requests. We have to call them again and again. Anyway, it's good for youngster, not for families.

The beer was excellent. We had beer of the month good orange coloured. The worst part is you can sit here only for an hour. After an hour the waiters don't serve you anything and ask guests to leave. Food was average.

Rudest staff I have come across in sector 29. I would not recommend it at all. Plenty of other places with better food and awesome service. Don't waste your time :)

  • 2/5 Apoorv S. 2 years ago on Google
Most of the drinks on bar menu were not available. Food tastes average and so is the ambience. Live music was good. So, that's for duty-free. Overall, sector 29 is losing its charm, with all these bars/pubs mushroomed and almost all of them have speakers facing outside their premises playing on full volume, it becomes cacophonous.

Not good as expected. The food is disgusting, alcohol is okay as nothing to do with duty free. The ambiance is just okay type, crowded and no personal space at all. Recommended for lower budget only.
