Good
looking
hotel,
modern
and
pleasant
at
first
look,
attracting
the
local
trendy
youth
from
medium/upper
class.
However,
this
clientele
tend
to
behave
in
a
rude
manner,
helped
with
the
concept
of
the
hotel
which
is
too
friendly
and
too
much
braking
the
codes.
Example:
there
is
no
check-in
counter
per
say,
it's
a
group
of
3
islands.
very
well
thought,
very
friendly,
totally
not
formal
and
putting
you
at
ease.
But,
each
and
every
time
you're
busy
with
the
attendant,
somebody
has
to
act
as
if
they
didn't
see
you
and
come
on
the
side
to
cut
on
you,
as
if
nothing!
And
this
is
because
the
islands
can
be
access
from
sides.
The
staff
of
the
restaurant
is
rude
and
always
trying
to
make
a
point.
Example:
you
ask
a
table
for
4
and
you
are
given
1
menu
only.
You
then
ask
for
3
more
menus
but
you
are
given
2.
You
ask
to
get
the
3rd
menu
but
you
are
told
that
it
will
be
given
to
you
only
when
the
4th
guest
will
arrive;
really?!
However,
the
days
after,
the
staff
was
up
to
the
level:
nice,
pro
and
easy.
The
staff
help
so
hard
to
satisfy
and
understand.
The
cooking
is
juts
slow.
Used
the
business
center
that
was
freezing
cold:
who
puts
A/C
when
it's
18°C
outside?!
They
told
me
they
would
switch-off,
they
didn't.
I
had
to
burst
for
it
to
be
switched-off
after
few
hours,
enough
to
make
me
sick
for
the
rest
of
the
day...
Not
a
place
to
hold
business
meetings
in
generals
as
they
charge
you
a
bonker
for
a
room,
so
you
end-up
in
a
common
area.
This
restaurant
room
is
SUPER
SUPER
noisy
and
there's
nothing
to
cut
the
noise:
it's
just
a
giant
opened
area
and
it
sounds
like
the
fish
market,
from
breakfast
to
dinner.
The
bedrooms
are
very
noisy.
Next
to
me
was
a
couple
with
kids.
Well
mannered,
decent
and
nice.
They
had
a
normal
chat
in
the
morning:
I
could
hear
it
all!!!
Also,
there's
no
carpet
per
say
in
the
common
area,
it's
a
sort
of
plastic
/
vegetable
fibre
(probably
doesn't
require
much
maintenance
as
a
carpet),
but
it's
echoing
the
noise!
Each
time
somebody
walks
or
rolls
a
luggage,
it
echoes
everywhere
and
you
feel
the
person
is
almost
in
your
room!
The
A/C
and
minibar
are
very
silent,
le
bailout
curtain
works
like
magic.
However,
the
maintenance
of
the
shower
is
not
followed:
the
rain
shower
system
in
the
ceiling
hasn't
been
cleaned,
the
table
in
the
shower
is
collapsing
and
showing
cracks.
Also,
the
sleepers
are
too
small.
The
Hong-Kong
club
serves
amazing
food
and
cocktails:
went
twice
and
all
is
good.
As
conclusion,
it's
the
2nd
time
I'm
going
to
this
hotel
and
it's
the
2nd
time
I'm
dissatisfied
overall,
as
it
lacks
comfort:
silence
in
the
rooms
and
the
dinning
area,
politeness
at
the
check-in
counter
from
the
guests.
