Rooms are maintained neat and good but Average quality not justifying the brand. Food Expensive compared to nearby restaurants. Buffet dinner at 999/- + taxes is really not worth for the options they served. Lots of pubs and restaurants are on walkable distance. Location is preferred only to explore nightlife but this property is way too expensive.

I visited the common area, and underground Air-conditioned hall for a corporate event. It was very comfortable, well cleaned ambience, good air-conditioning, nice service by staff. The food was equally good especially the non veg snacks were very well cooked and served. The common sitting area at the Ground floor was looking very calm and well illuminated. I don't know about the charges though (as I went there as a guest), so my review is based purely on the basis of service, ambience and food quality only.

Overrated hotel. The rooms aren't as commensurate as compared to the fare charged. The location is quiet close to Big boyz lounge in Sector 29, Gurgaon. There are 2 lemon trees nearby so check the correct address before you reach. The food quality is average.

The hotel manager was rude though the staff was good. Breakfast is not good compared to Premier 1. They serve packaged juice. The room had a smell of dampness so I had to change the room. I don't recommend this hotel. It is not worth the money they ask for room, breakfast and food. Restaurants nearby the hotel serve way better food and those are just a 100 meters away.

It is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. Stained sheets, dirty rooms, even dirtier bathroom and muddy water from taps. I am shocked that they even call themselves a hotel!!! It’s should get a zero star rating. I cannot believe how badly this hotel chain has deteriorated. It is truly been one of the worst hotel stays in my life. Will NEVER stay here again if I can help it

I stayed In Room no 423. The hot water in shower is just warm and not enough for an early morning bath. The refrigerator does not work, and it is empty. Many rooms in the floor are under renovation and so the stench of paint is nauseating. The speard of buffet is fair but not worth the money. So is the bar. Disappointing experience.

Hotel is very clean and all amenities are available in the room. Staff of the hotel is very nice and friendly. Deepak gave a us a good service during the stay. Thanks all staff and love to stay lemon tree 2.

Room was ok in size Though I asked for non smoking room but i felt smoking fumes in room Overall stay was comfortable but can hear the discussion of other rooms and corridor. Didnt enjoyed dinner options also limited options in breakfast Staff was supportive.

Service was not a pleasant experience. We had gone for a seminar and the hall in which the seminar was being conducted seemed a little unkept and neglected. Being a lemon tree brand, I expected better standards. On service, I ordered coffee twice and on both times the coffee was super strong and lukewarm. Again not expected from Lemon Tree.

Room condition can be improved way more. There was dust on bed corners, slippers were not available & very less variety in breakfast buffet. This review is in comparison with good 4 Star hotels of the same city.

Rooms are fine, little old structure though. Breakfast is OK. Stayed in suite which was spacious enough. Pool is getting renovated

The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The place is conveniently located in the Sector 29. Many eating joints and restaurants are nearby. Takes about 30 min from the airport to reach there, considering the usual traffic.

So I booked this hotel by Goibibo app,prices were high just because of the weekend but I wasn’t expecting a dirty room,smell of dumpness,carpet was so dirty,spider on the bed,though they have changed the room but couldn’t resolve the issue,the worst part of the stay is parking they don’t have any personal parking you have to park your in a open ground! I didn’t like anything about this hotel except the location!

Hotel is very good. Better than Lemon Tree Premier 1 . Room are neat and clean. Food quality is also good better than Lemon Tree Premier 1 . But Front Desk behaviour was very rude and unprofessional.

I had breakfast on 26th Dec it was amazing foods done by staffs. but the presentation part is something which I will say let down.the food is also very expensive . And one more thing which gives me very surprising that they don"t have valley parking and road in-front of hotel is Broken. In terms of maintenance of hotel . I can give zero star.

This give me goosebumps feeling while having my food here.very polite staff including reception and main gate while entering int the hotel. i saw the outside area for function thinking of end of march this year . one sales guys i forgot his name . he actually beautifully made tour of the property. i will defiantly come to property with my family to have dinner sometime.

It was absolute very dreadful experience while attending function at basement hall.my friend was having function over there for mehendi ceremony/haldi ceremony & almost booked 40-50 rooms . But kind of attraction we got over there was awful affairs. But kind of such branded hotel I was not accepting this kind of attraction in terms of everything/starting from attending the guest to deliver the guest,for me it was torment, I can give zero star,

Absolute horrible experience dealing with the management and security team. We had a function on November 28 and paid a significant amount ( including Rs 80,000 paid to Durgesh as hall rental for which there was no receipt issued). It was an sagan/Mehendi/haldi event and we were staying there. We booked almost 12 rooms to stay as well and they wouldn’t let us bring the traditional wedding sword inside the hotel. The security team both at Lemon Tree venues were miserable and disgusting about the whole affair. They extra charged me so much so be careful. They show that they are with you and want to help you, I don’t Doubt Durgesh’s intentions maybe he is under pressure from upper management but the whole experience was AWFUL. For a such a branded hotel this was an absolute worst nightmare. Zero stars if I could!!

Our worst experience till date was of 29 of Leamin tree Prime 2. When we reached there, even their TV was not working. Flash water was coming out of the intestines, nor was the quality of their food not good He was useless by the throat. Mosquito sit over the grapes. food quality was very bad and most of all they don't have their own parking and they don't mention why we don't have our parking. These parking are put in the MCD, for which the customer has to pay. Nor did he leave any of his guards there overnight after hitting our car and he did not take any response. He said, "We can't do anything or MCD's parking is there, so no one knows how you are talking to the customer." They don't have any parking. Save the whole night, someone steals the car on his own. It doesn't take any guarantee of anything. Very bad experience

Very nice and cosy property. Worth visiting. They have a well equipped Business Centre. Very centrally located in Gurgaon. Good food.

Wonderful hotel to say.. They are neat and clean… My friend with her kids stayed there and enjoyed the stay.. It’s a stone throw away from the cluster of restaurants.. All good and famous Resturant brands are there and you can enjoy all type of dishes..

No bath soap, shampoo to handwash, ect... We had to ask them to provide/refill. Strangely I wonder if they ever check rooms before giving to someone if all things are available or not.

Good property, good service. Breakfast buffet is standard with live section for eggs, south indian food. Parking is a problem, you have to park outside in common parking of Sector 29, who charges 200 bucks for night although slip mentions only 100. Rooms are standard normal size but their ac was not working properly. For non smoking rooms also there was some weird smoke smell.

This hotel in gurugram is perfect for marriage celebrations. Rooms are very neat and clean. Staffs are cooperative.

I loved the hotel. Rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated with wooden work. Just felt little down in terms of breakfast which i thinks lacks enough number of green items and quality but still very good.

Over all good services for professionals. Property is not as new as other Lemon tree hotel chain but maintained well. Location wise really good. May need additional staff to handle buzy days.

Good place but prices are high compared to the nearest five star properties Especially when you host events Events - Arrangement is nice, they give the access to projectors screen which is a rare occurrence in NCR. 4/5 Food tastes good but options are less. 4/5 Service is slow as no one takes note of table number and then randomly move here and there , searching for order. 3/5 Wash is very clean and nice. 5/5 Parking is paid - 1/5 Internet connectivity is very bad , should add some boosters or give wifi to everyone. - 1/5 Ambience -3/5 ------------------------- Overall - 3/5

Room was neat clean with required amenities, Don't take package inclusive any major meal as spread is very limited, served food was too cold. even breakfast spread is very limited with average taste. for breakfast they need to closely monitor guest seating arrangements. Have to wait for both days. Food taste and service average.

Breakfast is just awesome, Dinner is just next level. Hygienic place Pool lovers can enjoy at the terrace with view of skyrise buildings and kingdom of dreams. Lobby and business area is also good. Much recommended

The location of the hotel is nice and the rooms too but the service is worst . The service is worst than a no star hotel. The staff has such a bad attitude , the reception person and manager don't care about the customer as they think they are always right. During breakfast half the items will be finished and won't get refilled . If order anything like egg or Dosa forget about it till the time you remind than about 5 times Person please don't stay here

It’s a well located good budget hotel. Great for small family parties in the open lawn. Food is great, ambience is good. And located in Sector 29 which has several hangout places and pubs / bars . So practically you have good time to hand out with friends and families in the evening at just 2 minutes walking distance.
