PATHETIC PROPERTY! PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE. I request all the guests to please take the manager along when you check-in and make a list of amenities provided to you, otherwise they'll literally make you feel like a thief. Had stayed at their property for 2 days, and while checking out, they told me that a bath towel, bath mat and a face towel was missing from the room, which initially wasn't even provided to me. I had no issues with them opening up my luggage to check for those items because they asked me to pay for the amenities that were "so called" missing from the room. Also, it's an effing 4 star property and they don't even have a first-aid kit, NOT EVEN A BAND-AID (God forbid, I don't know what they're gonna do if something happens to a guest).

This hotel is a fantastic choice, boasting an excellent location near the MG market area. It's just a quick 30-minute drive from the airport and a mere 15 minutes away from the bustling internet hub area. The culinary offerings here are delightful, and the food quality is good. The rooms are comfortable, albeit the beds are slightly firm. However, rest assured that they are well-maintained and kept in excellent condition. While there were no specific instructions provided upon check-in, but it was easy to figure out the payment process. Lastly, the cherry on top is the incredible rooftop bar, offering breathtaking views. It's a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy your favorite beverages in a delightful ambiance.

Pathetic experience 1. Taps and room equipments were not working and even after multiple complaints they didnt act on it 2. Food is terrible. Bad taste. Breads were old and hard. 3. The room key had to be updated every day 4. Most horrible thing is, theydont hadont have any feedback form physical or online

Never Book this hotel on Friday and Saturday. I stayed there from 9th June 2022 to 14th June 2022. They have party on roof top on Friday and Saturday and extremely loud music is played until 5-6 am in the morning and is heard in almost all the rooms. My room was on level 2. I have never seen such a nuisance, they should either be in hotel business or club on these days. How can they charge people to sleep in the night in such conditions and when asked the reception they say that they cannot help with the noise as Friday and Saturday are party nights at our roof top and music goes on for the whole night.

We had bulk booking for 2nd and 3rd December'22 for a wedding event. Inspite of clear instructions that any room service taken by guests should be charged only to our account, they started demanding cash from the guests. One guest ordered a water bottle early in the morning. Housekeeping staff insisted on getting payment before he handed over the water bottle to them. It was highly embarassing for us. I would not recommend patronising of this hotel

We had a wedding celebration for my sisters wedding from 9n Nov to 13 Nov at Clarens Hotel Gurgaon, and it was an awesome experience. Thanks to Rahul and his team for the wonderful arrangements. Really enjoyed it🙏 Minimal follow ups, great arrangements and tasty food. Once again MUCH THANKS TO RAHUL AND HIS TEAM FOR THE EXCELLENT WORK. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

I love the place, I mean overall area is sorrounded by beautiful greenery. View from hotel window is very nice. Staff is so good. Food is bit expensive but yummy. The most happening place is The raise the bar with is on the roof of the hotel. I had good memories there. :)

We booked the hotel because it is near Huda city center. You can go by walk if you are ready to walk for 500 meters. About the rooms? Cleanliness was at its extreme. All the amenities which one require were there in rooms which you can see in photos. The food was too much costly so we didn’t ordered anything and thats why I can’t say about it. Only negative thing was temperature in rooms. They don’t have any room heating facilities in case of too much cold.

No frills stay. Normal Rooms - not very prompt room service. It was a decent stay but I think its very expensive for the class and service it provided. In the same range we can get better brands - full service hotels just nearby.

Great Experience. Staff was very nice & cooperative. We had an official conference at Clarens Hotel everything was perfectly aligned. Food was great. Rooms were Clean. Very warm & hospitable staff . Smooth operation we had not faced any problem. Miss Surbhi managed every thing very well thanks for such a nice hospitality.

Ok, Hotel... seems to be in dire need of maintenance. The rooms were Ok, ample electric sockets and charging given, BUT most did not work. The room size is much small... the bed seemed smaller than queen size, but may be ok for one person for one or two nights. Service persons behave nicely, but sometimes it takes more than one call for them to follow. Checkin process was very very slow, but thankfully check out was fast... Location is good. There's particular faint smell of smoke in rooms, which can bother non smokers a lot. Overall ok Hotel, but not at all worth the price tag...

We hosted a family event close to this hotel and booked 7-8 rooms here, we found the service below average. After repeatedly asking the hotel not to charge our guests, they requested cash for room service and that too very rudely. One of our guests requested to add the food bill on the room and they refused to do so. Even asked for cash for a bottle of water. Secondly, the hotel has a roof top club which goes on to play loud music till 6 in the morning. Below par service and inadequately trained staff.

We attended a reception function in this Hotel, strangely the service by the staff was very ordinary, snacks was stale but main course was fine. The ambience was fine but the banquet space was small for a crowd of 150 people.

Located in Sector 29 near HUDA city centre. Location is excellent and has very good connectivity. Ample parking space without need for any valet parking. Hotel is nicely maintained. Attended a function in basement which is good for a gathering of about 100 people. Food was good. Service is fine.

Great stay. Room, service and food, all were great. Only qualm was that TV connectivity options do not work.

Ambience is okay here and the food is good. Also good for large gathering. Theme is all white and not much of a decoration. I think they wanted to keep it simple and subtle but rather it became too dull. Overall a good experience at reasonable rates.

Stayed at this hotel recently for 2 nights. I found the hotel to be sub standard for a 4 star hotel. Pros - staff was friendly, checkin process was smooth, had ample parking, breakfast was decent. Cons - The entire floor smelled of cigarette smoke, ventilation in the hallway and rooms is very poor as windows cannot be opened, parking had no security guard so causes anxiety, water bottles are poor quality, washroom shower is rusted and dirty.

Good place to stay and enjoy. We booked a complete floor with our friends and had a blast. The roof top 'Raise the Bar' is good outdoor sitting to enjoy drinks and food especially in winters. The DJ music needs some improvement for sure. Atleast play some bollywood music after 10.

Staff is cheating guests without the higher authority being aware of this. Asked to pay 2.5k for bedsheets by room service when asked for the bill at the reception, they weren't even aware of this and told us that it was included. Poorest staff in any hotel ever experienced.

Extremely disappointing service Every single thing was up to the mark and our stay was smooth and comfortable. Then, on the day of the checkout, they found a minuscule, ant-sized stain on the sheets (which had come from some fruit, although that's largely irrelevant) and demanded that we pay for this. Honestly, even the size of the stain doesn't matter. The manner in which they demanded we pay for this was completely appalling. Moreover, I've neither experienced nor heard of such a thing happening at any other hotels, be they 2-star or 5. It should go without saying that, being in the service industry, the treatment of the customers should be amongst the most important things (if not the top-most priority).

Visited the Kai here on Saturday night. The sound system was brill and the artists were pretty good but the place was so jam packed that one couldn't really dance, actually could barely move without getting pushed or shoved. So, may be it's a nice place when it's not so overcrowded.

A small hotel compared to similar standard chains. Room was good. I never like the glass walls and doors for washrooms anywhere though. The common areas smelled a bit musty and one of the lifts didn't work. The breakfast was very good with choices of bakery, fruits and other Indian snacks.

Not suitable for families and kids specially on weekends. We stayed on Saturday night. Services not very good. Breakfast is pathetic and some of the food wasn’t fresh. Their Italian restaurant is good. They provided only 1 water bottle in the room and next was chargeable @150. Saturday night they have parties in their lounge bar. You will find people drinking and smoking everywhere- lobby, stairs, lifts. Sigaret and beer bottles and other objects were lying on the guest floors . Go only if you want to be a part of addicted squad.

It is a 4 star hotel , A very nice family hotel. The interior was awesome. The restaurant was superb, The starter test was fabulous. However the food test is average. I did not visit the swimming pool but some one say the roof top swimming pool was awesome also.

Had the opportunity to attend a family function today in the hotel. Deeply disappointed with the quality of service. It does not show at all that the staff is trained to serve properly. While serving the food fell on the table and the bearer picked up the same and mixed the same with the food on the platter. When asked the reason he kept on arguing. The supervisor was called and informed about the issue. He was asked to remove the waiter from service to which he agreed. However after few minutes the same waiter was again found at the spot. It reflects clearly that they do not have adequate and properly trained staff. The quality of the food was also only ok.

Place is clean and nice ! Worth a visit if in case u are looking to stay ! Somehow i noticed the prices increased🙊but nevertheless they have affordable 🍱 food ! I'd recommend them without a doubt based on my experience! BTW you dont wanna miss parties 🎊 there Raise the bar ! Great rooftop🙌🏻

One of the worst hotels I've evern came across - Unnecessary power cuts leading to discomfort throughout the day including nights, noisy repair and maintenance work going on during day time, minimum variety in veg food, sky rocketing food prices, very limited variety in breakfast, rooms not maintained properly - Sockets not working properly, ACnot getting chilled as required, windows vanishing blinds not working due to which you cannot get natural light during day time and too many other issues - Last but not least, even after a customer facing sooo much of issues,, they won't give any discounts in your bill - So in short, a customer has to suffer a lot and has to end up paying high per night charges.

Pathetic Service. We used it to host our engagement with some outstation guests. There were a host of issues at the venue related to guest comfort, buffet service, venue and registered vendors. The food might have been nice but wverything else was pathetic. I would not recommend this for anyone else.

This hotel is so much after money. They have very expensive food menu, and over this they do not allow outsider food. they only give 2 water bottles of a day(500mL=1L total), and after that they charge 130 for each bottle, For a coin sized food mark on bed sheet, they were asking to pay 1500+taxs. I will never recommend this place.

I had a 3 night stay. Room was ok but only hitch was a rodent or some pest making screeching noises in the AC duct in the room I stayed. I tried telling it to front desk but somehow the message didn't get through. Breakfast was just ok, they had flies over the cut fruits which were not covered. It just shows the hygiene factor. Less staff and hence they are always a tad tired.

The property is having good party places. Raise the bar and and ball room parties are happening exclusively. Service is good. Security systems work fine. Having porch parking facility. The management is nice and humble. The bar is on till 1 am usually. Food is average.
