The food and the ambience was just too good. There was a surprising contrast in the restaurant ambience and the hotel entrance .

Food Taste and Hygiene Level: The Food served was hot, fresh with accurate spicy levels(as specified by me). I ordered Dabeli, which was served with sweet tamarind sauce and french fries and in sweet dish I ordered Apple Pie, which had caramelized apples within a baked pie and served with ice cream. The hygiene level greatly met the expectations. Food Platting: Greatly Met the expectations. Staff: Polite and Helpful. Knowledgeable about every dish. Cleanliness Level: Full of freshness and very well kept and organised. Seating Arrangement: It has both Indoor and Outdoor seating. Affordability: Medium to High pricing. Kids and Elders Friendliness: You can ask the Chef for dishes Customization for kids and Elders. Wheelchair accessibility: There are 3 wheelchairs available, it can be taken to entire premises excluding swimming.

Pathetic experience powered by the crew member Anshul. 1. Brought ginger ale and lemonade with soup. 2. Didn’t give onions/pickle with the butter chicken, Dal makhani and paneer begum pasand When I told him he’s not ready to host guests as nothing is coming on time/in sequence, he smirked and rather asked his colleague Shelu to start serving us. Pathetic experience! Not worth the time/ money. The paneer was really 1/5. The clear difference in treating foreigners and own country mean is so evident and the crew is not well trained.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels in the region and this all day dining is part of this lovely property. We had an excellent Sunday Brunch experience lately with a bunch of friends. The overall set up is nice, with a good variety of salads, antu pasti, soups, freshly baked pizzas and an al fresco setup of live grills and tandoor. Not to forget the Yakitori grill. Service is great and you can order anything on your table. The variety in the mains section can be increased but most of the times the starters fill you up already and the mains usually take a backseat. A relaxing atmosphere over some good food and drinks can rejuvenate you for the next week, so i think Sunday Brunches are a great way to chill and recharge yourselves.

Great little lunch buffet. A mix of Indian and western food. Pizzas and pastas on demand. Roti's and special dishes served at the table. Lot of vegetarian choices, flavors are not as spicy. The staff is attentive, and thoughtful in their service. You'll find the ambience to be smart and high end.

Good spread for breakfast brunch on day of Holi. From thinnest Bhaturas to finest eggs, from nutritious milk shakes to pan cakes. However Pao Bhaji nd paranthas could have been better. The hotel was fully packed and even had non staying guests, with so many people turning up at same time, even front staff had to come for the rescue and were seen serving. Guests arriving an hour late were served gracefully without any inhibitions. Wish some of the guests could have been more civic and patient enough. Special mention for The Gentleman preparing Bhaturas is a hero. I ate too much for the first time not just because of the food but was overwhelmed with the service.

Food is good not exceptional, but their services are exceptional and location is also too good.

There was an insect on top of the bread served by them! Atrocious Flies kept biting us Requested change of seat Staff were helpful in relocating is and posting a man near us with an insect killer badminton racquet Food was excellent but the insect on the bread made the whole meal suspect. Avoid like the plague

Pathetic tasteless Food. Sheer wastage of money. I think normal restraunt can even serve better. Ambience is also just okayish.

Amazing place for a meal with your special someone. Pizza is a must try, baked in front of you, and tastes as authentic like eating pizza in Italy. Service is also top-notch.

Cilantro is one of the restaurants of Trident Gurgaon. It has a nice food spread, nice breakfast buffet with multitude of options. They have host of fruits like green apple, kiwi etc. millets too like ragi idli, ragi pancake etc. the bakery items are quite nice like cupcakes, muffins etc. Sunday breakfast is more lavish being a weekend. Cute cookies for kids. Chinese section was good too. Nice hospitality and Chef Suman is wonderful. He even agreed to give a tour to our kid in the kitchen. And served some nice ragi options.

Good quality ingredients and fresh food. Unlike other buffets, there isn’t so much variety but the quantity is good. The ambience and the aesthetics of the place are a 10/10. Suitable for dates and family dinners alike. It’s accessible by wheelchair and there are equal options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

Had dinner buffet here for my anniversary. Food service & everything was good. The only issues we faced were the delay in service and food refills weren't done frequently and had to ask them to refill the food at the counters.

The ambience and the staff were great. The virgin pina colada was also really good. The pizza was cold though. There is no excuse for cold food being served. The pizza wasn’t that good. I didn’t expect such bad pizza from such a place. Overall, the place is really nice but the food isn’t the best.

It was so overwhelming experience.I will definitely going back the food and the people really like the service there were 3 guys Sahil, ahthasham and Abhishek Roy were handling our table and three of them did great job.as soon as one them see us serving ourself they used to come and offer the help they act proactively and I really like it.

Chicken Lababdar Soya Chap Tikka Masala Breads The food is awesome and the above items I suggest if anyone is visiting to this restaurant plz try these dishes.

Entrance to the restaurant will take u in era of lords and kings with water cascades and mashalls on the walls,,, Food is awesome, specially Indian cuisine,, And Chola bhatura is mind blowing with lightest bhatura I ve ever had!!! Quite serene place in middle of a metrocity..

The restaurant is calm and composed. The staff in the restaurant is very helpful. They take care of minute details and requests of guests. The tables are well laid out, precautionary measures are well in place and the view inside and outside the restaurant is great which adds to the pleasure given by delicious meals. The price may seem on the higher side but the exceptional service covers it all.

The ambience was great and the food was delicious. Went for the lunch buffet and enjoyed it to the fullest. Good option for a heavy lunch. Diet concious people please avoid as you might not feel it to be value for money. Rest the view offered by Trident are great.

Very poor service....we reached at 9:30 but till 12 they didn’t served the food ...we went there to celebrate my brother anniversary but it was all spoiled because the service was so bad ...in the end when we didn’t received the food the staff said it’s your last order monu pratap was available as the food manager but there was reply from there side..
