I visited Barbeque Nation at the Grand Mall recently. They greeted us well and then gave us the table as per our confort. (From the available ones of course). I have been to Many barbeque buffet places but BN has always been the best in terms of service. Once we sat, they started bringing us starters and the barbeque was also set within a minute. I love their Cajun potatoes and crispy corn. From the barbequed items, I love their pineapples. All the snacks were yummy and their mint chutney was also fresh and tasty. Service is prompt and the staff is super courteous. As mentioned earlier, I have never experienced such politeness and curtesy in any other Barbeque buffet place. The desserts were also delish, I loved their Brownies, Gulab jamuns, Seviyan and kheer the most. Their Veg biryani was also delectable and their Virgin Mojito was just perfect. They also perform short dances and clap with you in the birthday celebrations of your near and dear ones. Special thanks to Sangeeta for serving us well. :) All in all, it’s a lovely place to eat unlimited barbeque Buffet food.

Unlimited Barbeque and delightful experience. Visited here for the first time and it was a good experience. I visited in March 2022 at the time of my birthday,the Grand Mall (where this restaurant is situated) was covid safe as they were only letting fully vaccinated people inside the mall. We loved the starters, everything was juicy and tasty. Tried the bbq for the first time and it was pretty good. The paneer tikka, chaap was the best ❤️. If I'm not wrong, the name of the starter was Dahi ke kababab/paneer tika/chaap tikka as we have ordered vegetarian food and it was very flavourful and yummy. As usual crunchy corn was the best side dish 👌🏼 The paani Poori counter was pretty cute and it was a nice experience. Again this time, by the time I finished starters there was approximately 30% space remaining in my tummy 😂. So now i had to be calculative as there was MAIN course, Desserts In Main course I had some noodles, salad , manchurian , shahi paneer , rice , garlic naan .Couldn't accomodate Butter Chicken/ Egg Curry. Etc. There was one type of chicken soup. 🍦🍮🍰🍧 Desserts were as per expectations. Loved The Angoori Gulab Jam. Caramel was pretty good. Shahi tukda wasn't up to the mark- there was strong smoky flavor. Chocolate brownie was good too. Well, you only get carbonated drinks as complimentary. You don't have the option of opting for Virgin Mojito. ⭐ The Kulfi was too good! --- The service was extremely good which added to the delightful experience. Definitely a great place to go 👌🏼

Very good experience. Food is very good just gourmet. Spacious staff friendly and polite. Quick service. Buffet is super. Both veg and Non veg are very good. The best part is that they asked on food allergy before serving.

If I'm not wrong, the name of the starter was Mutton Khema/ Kaleja fry and it was very flavourful and yummy. Sharing the review for other’s help!! I visited here for dinner, considering unavailability of seats at other branches. This branch of Barbeque Nation was the worst and does not deserve to be part of this chain. - Looks like they have a single gravy for all the starters served(all taste same). - Roadside vendors provide a better taste than them. I did try complaining to the chef and he nodded saying ‘let me prepare something else for you’ but guess what, the new cuisine(chilly chicken) was loaded with salt(trying to bring taste by dumping more salt in it) - Mix veg had big chunks of cauliflower(image attached) - We requested for grilled chicken leg piece and yes, they did serve but a burnt one(image attached). - Least options available in Live counters and Main course. - Desserts were the minimum in count. - Brownie tasted like chocolate bread. Best part, they keep on asking - ‘Sir, are you satisfied? Are you satisfied?’ Seems like attendants are trained to force customer to say -“Yes, We are satisfied”, rather than improving their cuisines/quality. When we said, we are not happy with the quality delivered. Attendant immediately asked-“how was the attendant service? Cuz I am helpless for taste!!” Wow, what a teamwork!!!

The best in terms of hospitality, variety, taste and humble staff. Loved their each and every item, whether the starters, main course or deserts. They have the best tasted food I can be sure about. The staff makes the treat even more pleasant.

This was my first and the last visit to this Barbeque Nation. As soon as I reached, I found the place really crowded. I wasn't expecting so many people. Then we got a table and found out that there was a wedding function going on in the restaurant. A proper bridal entry happened after some time. This also impacted the service quality and overall experience. When I asked the manager about the event, he told me that it happens here frequently. I would suggest you to try some other Barbeque Nation as this one will probably disappoint you.

Amazing food. Specially starters and desserts are really good. I did not like the main course too much but honestly I was already full with starters and dessert. They had variety of kulfis. Only thing that i did not like was their service. We went during summer and their ac was not working and they had very few coolers. So we could not enjoy our food because of that. Though one good thing was that they also take your picture at restaurant and give you a hard copy for free.

The food is simply outstanding specially the starters. The service is also top-notch. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they go out of their way to make sure you have a great dining experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly special meal.

Visited on a Thursday evening at 6.30pm, for dinner to celebrate birthday with family. They had an excellent variety, ranging from chaat station, grilled/barbeque items, main course, desserts, drinks and bar. Currently they have a Khau Galli Mela from 24th Feb to 17th Mar, in which they have some limited time speciaities from across India, such as palak patta chaat, vada pav, choley kulche etc. The hospitality, attention to service, warmtb of entirw staff, from our Server Sangeeta, section manager Pardeep Chauhan, and Chef Tejpal - all came regularly to ask for feedback and how they can improve our experience. The ambience was also nice, clean and good lay out, they also had live music playing from 8pm onwards. Overall its a highly recommended place to come with family & friends. In terms of variety 9/10, food taste (flavour and preparation) 8/10 and quality (freshness) 9/10, ambience/atmosphere 8/10, Service 10/10 and value for money 10/10. We paid Rs 799+ taxes per person for Veg, and additional for mocktails.

Being a regular visitor, I always feels refreshed being here. Plenty of options to have in menu and the complementary drink at lunch makes it more enjoyable. About the food, veg and non-veg both menu has great variety and taste. You can enjoy live counters here with different menu like golgappa, aloo chaat, palak chaat and more. Starters - Almost everything was great but kabab, crispy chicken, grilled pineapple and cheesy potato(potato salsa) was among my favourites. Main Course - veg and non-veg both have 2-3 gravy items, salads, biryani, breads etc. Dessert - If you are into sweets 🍪, the dessert has more than 10 options from hot and cold options. Ambience and Service - Nice ambience with modern interior decor, comfortable sitting and the service is upto the mark. They always takes feedback about taste, Very good service was offered by Little and Raj. Thanks.

Good food is good mood. Barbecue nation has never disappointed in terms of good food, ambience, service, quantity, & quality. We had both non-veg & veg buffets. Both are scrumptious. And, it is the best place for family dining as my little one has also enjoyed to the fullest. Thank you :)

Recently i received box of happiness from barbeque. When i saw ths box i was so happy just to open it. Once i open the box the it was like armoa of panner and biryani just attacked me it was mouth watering. And the prawns was like buttering in my mouth To be very honest i love the food their quantity and quality both was amazing Their food is just amazing trust me you gonna love it the paneer was so soft even on next day also Do try this box highly recommend

Went there with family for my anniversary celebration. I had already booked the table but they provided me a table where there was leakage from the roof after complaint they changed my table. Apart from that everything was good. Liked the food and menu they had for that particular day.

I have been here before but this time I didn't had great exp with food. Service was excellent as always but, food quality, specially veg snacks were not upto the mark. Even what they gave after taking my review was not good enough. Staff was courteous and they charged 3rd person meal as Kid price as a special gesture for b'day and thankful to staff for same. Location : Located at 3rd floor of Grand mall and this is the only outlet because of which Grand mall have visitors. Main Course : Not upto the mark. Desert : Ice cream and kulfi was good, rest were Just OK.

Went on a Saturday for a lunch. The place was a bit crowded . However, the servicing was at pace. Had a non-veg platter. The variety has lessened over the years but the taste has remained. As we went during GIRF festival, huge discounts were provided alongwith a complimentary drink.

Tried many barbeque but this was the worst first , I went on weekend and after booking had to wait for 45 minutes and it was too crowded and food was over cooked they serve drink with no ice in the main course half of the items was almost about to finish waited 10-15 min for breads. I had very good experience with Saket brand so thought to give a try this one but this was really disappointed but staff was really nice and co operative and over burden I believe.

My experience is very good here.I suggest to take Veg starter-Paneer tikka and grilled pineapple and Non-veg starter-Chicken tikka and kebab and in dessert and sweets I suggest pan flavour kulfi, gulab jamun and some halwa and in Main course I suggest take Chicken curry and biryani for non-vegetarians and for vegetarians kadhai Paneer and makhni dal is best.

Awesome place for get together and party 🎉🎉. Wide range of food item you can eat and enjoy starting from starters, main course and desserts. Best part is starters. I coukd not take much photos as I was busy in eating and enjoying. One drink is complementry ( coke, sprite, lime soda). Drinks like beer is chargeable and it will cost around Rs 599/- for 3 pints. Similarly, cocktail are of 399 and mocktail 199 for 3. Ambience is good and background music makes you enjoy your food too. They even customize food for you like if you more spicy or less spicy kind of. Staffs are very polite and helpful. We went for lunch. They have 2 slots for lunch i.e 12:30 to 2:30 and other one is 2:30 to 4:30. If slots are full then your booking depends on if someone cancels their booking. I could recommend to do prior booking specially in weekends. Weekends place is full.
