I waited for at least 10-15 mins to order , then I ordered Karnataka thali must say food tastes good . But I will give -5 stars for hygiene, because a cold drink glass fell from the fridge and they kept it back , napkin fell on the ground they put it back on the table . I waited for someone to refill my glass water but I guess they don’t know the normal etiquette and only filled the glass water when I asked twice .

This is the only decent restaurant around sec 22 , 23 serving south indian delicacies.. the place is clean hygenic and serves decent quality food..

Amazing place if u love vegetarian food... Loved the dosa and even North Indian dishes were superb... Try the dosa spring roll if u may!!

Good family place. Such an amazing place to visit for South Indian food. Outstanding service and outstanding variety of food. Loved the ambience of the place. It is a place for fine dining with your friends and family too. We had Butter Masala Dosa which was just amazing.

A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF OVER A DECADE - HOWEVER, I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN!! - EVER!!!!! * CUSTOMER LOST because of a bunch of onions!! Pathetic experience!! Even though I've been a regular customer for over the last 12+ years, if not more - of the Gurgaon outlet (sector 22 market). I feel let down & deeply disappointed - All for a measly bunch of onions!! (Condiments/ accompaniments) I've been ordering + regularly visiting on a monthly basis for 12+ years, and the staff has been fairly stable (- not new staff,so I'm sure they know me, as a regular customer.) However, the level of apathy exhibited by the restaurant staff today, was appalling!!! The restaurant's behavior was quite inappropriate, rather quite pathetic response from the restaurant manager. DISAPOINTING INCIDENT: For a take out order, at about 10 pm., which was pre-ordered over the phone, I asked for extra onions. When I went to collect my order-in person, I found that the onions were not as per request. *(in spite of clearly asking for extras while placing my order over the phone.) So, I asked for some more. Firstly, the manager told me that the onions they've packed are as per my order. (Cheeky - because I was made to feel as if they are doing me a favor - not expected from these guys I've been frequenting for well over a decade). CHEEKY & DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR BY RESTAURANT MANAGER In spite of asking - in fact, insisting for additional condiments, again - at the restaurant, the manager enquired from the order-taker / staff at counter about my order, and had the cheek to tell me that since I'd ordered for 2 parathas + 1 paneer dish, 1 pack of onions should suffice - and asked "why do i need more??" DISGUSTED!!! PATHETIC SERVICE!!!! **This incident is dated 03rd July'22, when onions are priced at Rs. 29/- per kg, on Blinkit (I'm sure they source it for Rs15/- Or Rs. 20/-, if not less). I have not had any major complaints about their food or service, over the past years, rather, I have been the one taking my family to this restaurant. But, today they came crashing down and broke all records!! I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN!! - EVER!!!!! I do not need this mediocrity & Pathetic service!!!! Thank you for your hospitality, over the past years. 2 extra stars for that. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I was thr for a meeting, being in a crowded market and on first floor, its not much spacious but yes its pocket friendly ofcourse, i ordered noodles and spring roll and was quite good in taste.they need to work on their slow service, but otherwise food taste, hygeine, everything was intact.

This restaurant is loosing their charm. I use to visit their multiple time but in last few visit the quality of the food is getting down. In my last visit I face a very bad experience I ordered onion rava masala dosa but the gave me rava masala and when I complained then the said-“apne y hi bola tha hum order galat thodi sunenge or ab hum kuch nhi kr sakte ab to aa gya” And dosa a like papad only a hard papad Then I ordered again ordered onion masala dosa ghee roasted, but quality is pathetic bitter in taste and no siders with dosa. And the behaviour of staff is so rude.

South Indian served here is authentic and amazing in taste. Service needs to be improved since the staff is not well trained to handle the rush hours. You have to ask them multiple times to get sambhar and other stuff.

We were just looking around to grab something after a tiring day. We came here, as this market was on our way and wanted to sit and eat. Saw this restaurant and was a little sceptical at first. But when we had our first bite, it was very tasty. Ordered a lot and surprisingly we finished all of it and more.. would recommend this place if you wish to have a good taste for South Indian food.

Good place to have south indian dishes. Little crowded on weekends, sometimes have to wait for few minutes to get the seats in peak hours. Food quality and taste is good just don't order cold coffee.

Food quality is not consistent. Sometimes excellent, sometimes average. We prefer this place as it is close to our home and ambience is good. I have often seen people arguing with staff over taste and quality issues. We never faced that. Thay should drop soft drinks from menu as these are harmful for health. Staff is well mannered.

They have got some really excellent food. Their Dal makhani and paneer were top drawer! Just the ambience is very average but if you wish to have great food at reasonable prices then this is the place to go!

A 10/10. Whenever I visit Sector 22 Gurugram, i always have my lunch in Karnataka. Great place. Total south Indian feeling. Quite and nice. Excellent cleaned space. Excellent sitting area. Excellent food taste and quantity. Prices are also average. Owner is south Indian and some of the staff too. Staff is very polite and the owner too. Must visit.

Had a very nice experience with the food. It was tasty and portion was very good.
