The best hospitality I have ever received in any luxury hotel. Been there with family on long weekend. Check-in done smoothly, 361 cafe where breakfast buffet was served was delicious, premiere room size & ambience was great. Only the checkout process was tedious because it took 50 minutes for bills to settle.

Great stay and amazing hospitality with no service charge. You give service charge only if you like the service and want to reward. You don't find it to be expensive given the treatment you get. Food is excellent with good serving size. Contradictory to popular believe of being very high on pocket, it costs as much as any other good restaurants with extraordinary service and treatment. Spa facility is good as well. All in all a great package deal if you want a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Just fantastic! This was my first time at an Oberoi and the service was above and beyond what I am used to in North America/Europe. All the way from the seamless check-in where they escort you directly to your room instead of requiring you to stand in line, addressing you by name, making you feel like a VIP whether it is service during breakfast or if you have some minor question about the property. Even the entry level room was large and spacious with an amazing breakfast spread included.The only glitch was some confusion during airport pick up which was well handled and I appreciate that they included a return transfer to make up for that. I know understand what sets Oberoi apart and I am looking forward to both returning to this hotel in December as well as visiting other Oberoi properties in the upcoming weeks/months.

Very beautiful premises. We had a room with pool view and it was so calming. We sat in front of our window for hours. Service is very prompt and awesome. In-room food delivery is pretty quick, and the staff is lovely. Cozy rooms and well-maintained gardens and pools. The location is in the middle of one of the most crowded places in Gurgaon though. You are cut off from the outside traffic while you're inside the premises, but navigating to this place can be a nightmare if you miss the right exit from the expressway during peak traffic hours.

The thing is they don’t have basic things at 2am and have a very restricted menu. This is not acceptable for an Oberoi charging this much fee. Hotel is good but halls are a bit loony. Rooms are good, build is good, staff is friendly.

Overall a nice hotel. It's a part of Trident which is a separate hotel adjacent to this. It's a very cool and calm hotel unlike other five star hotels that have more commercial activities than staying business - corporate events, seminars, conferences, roadshows, etc. Such type of events has hundreds and hundreds of walk-in day guests which get congested and crowded that creates noisy environment. But thank God this hotel is not depends only on such type of corporate crowd.

Place & ambience is good. But lunch buffet is a bit over hyped. Taste of food items(starters, main course) not so great. Dessert was good both in number of options & taste. Overall recommended place if you are looking for unique experience & ready to spend 8-9k for two people.

All staff members were helpful , friendly and informative..Even Front desk people upgrades our room to pool view, so nice of them, they decorate room with balloons and gave us complimentary birthday cake as well...seriously property is so good located 2 min drive Ambience mall, Trident Hotel is one of best resorts we stayed.. Best thing was pool so cleaned and less chlorine, swimmers will love ❤ it... Breakfast was delicious, they guys well dressed up everytime and do take care of hygiene, cleaning up regularly.. *We celebrated anniversary day here on December 4th with family. * Grand celebration in marvellous ambience. Clean floors and decorated walls attracted everyone. Employees dressed white . Some female employees were in saree. All provided service with good smiles. *It covers a big area in fact. Pond with beautiful decorative-fire was giving a cinematic view. Many photos were taken . * Such arrangements definitely are expensive which makes it costly for the consumers. Every user here is affluent hence no problem. * But money is not directly harmonic with peace and harmony; and physical comforts are available through physical facilities. * And cool evening it was!

The kids were treated so well, given treats and so much love. This made her trip so much easier and at ease. I will definitely stay when I visit from London.

Compared to Aerocity this hotel knocks them all out if the water. Service is A+ from the moment you get there till the moment you leave. Staff is beyond accommodating and attentive. Was there in the hotel for my sister's wedding and lobed the hospitality and warmth of the staff of the hotel. They were available at 24*7 even if you require a room cleaning at 4 am they were ready to help. The rooms were clean and the view was amazing. There was daily cleaning of the swimming pool and late at night so that the guests at the hotel weren't disturbed. Such a nice experience. Would surely come again and would recommend it to everyone.

I went to the place looking for banquets. The place is awesome. Right on the main road and you feel like you are away in some calm area. They have a nice pond right in front of the building with fire lamps in between. It is worth a visit to the place

Review of food for chef Ishant Rawat (continental cuisine) We’ve eaten two pastas, one was spaghetti aglio olio and another one was penne arrabbiata , Aglio olio was just perfect to the palate, the proper flavor of garlic, olive oil Parmesan ,addition of shrimp and oyster mushrooms lead to great flavor bomb, on the other hand pasta arrabbiata, hands down the best I have ever eaten thumbs up on the color and top of that the perfect blend tanginess and sweetness. The chef himself came to meet us asked the specifications that we require in our food and he was extremely professional, submissive and polite and had a very positive attitude towards the guest, has absolutely made us savour his speciality! Chef Vikram (Japanese kitchen) The prawn sushi just hit the perfect notes and so as the avacado and crab sushi , it was fresh and plated beautifully. Chef Lalit The pizzas were made to absolute perfection, from crust to toppings it was top notch the ones that we had were primavera, pizza italiano and tomato burrata and they were absolutely scrumptious . Vipin (server ) Vipin served us food in proper portions, was patient with the orders, greeted us with smile and lead the operations with respect and great hospitality.

I am giving it one star just because of the security staff. Firstly they asked us to enter from back gate we had no issues with that and we moved to the back gate and at back gate the guard was as rude like kya kaam hai entry ni hai aise kisi ki medical le k aa apna ja. The way he talked with us was like we are taking to some illiterate person who have no manner to talk with others. They have started a new rule for looting people with the help of local jola chap Doctors Guard will ask you to bring medical certificate instead of covid test or vaccination certificate and they wil send you 2 km away to get that certificate from the jholachap Doctor who will charge 300rs for that without that certificate you can't get enter in this hotel. I can't understand why they are doing this kind of rubbish things i don't know higher authorities are aware or not with such kind of activities. I think this should stop immediately because lots of photographer are facing same issue with this hotel only we cane here to work for our clients if we have vaccination certificate then why we should get that fake medical certificate or something like that. I hope you guys will take some action against this kind of activities. Thanks.

We were at " Trident " Hotel, but the owner is the same as for "Oberoi" hotel. "Trident" hotel has very friendly and accommodative staff and excellent service. The architecture reminds of Italy and the concept of garden of trees standing in water outside of your window brings the memories of Venice- city on the water. Lots of space to walk and relax. Also gym is excellent too!

Our stay is wonderful! The customer service is very friendly and helpful, the room is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, we have a nice view pool view. All employees are masked and vigilant about politely reminding guests, and there were numerous sanitizer stations available, all full. Staff is very friendly and looked happy to work. Maybe they were taken care despite Covid affecting the hospitality industry Vikram Oberoi has been very successful is maintaining the hospitality and quality the OBEROI brand throughout. Would recommend everyone to stay here whenever in gurgaon and always wanting to come back ..!!!

Good service but average sized rooms. The rooms have a slightly run down look and the mattress was uncomfortable. Overall good experience from a service perspective.

Though it is a very good property, their restaurants Cilnatro and Saffron are well appointed restaurants, however it seems the Covid has affected their operation. The food quality at Cilantro was bit lower than expected. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

Went there for Sunday lunch buffet. The name of the hotel tells every thing so I don't think so that me rating the food will do justice to the chef. But food was delicious, finger licking good. The only thing that concerns me was there should be a silent Zone where people who want to enjoy lunch while having a good conversation over the table could be comfortable.

Pros : center of city, superior luxury, top notch cleanliness, ample space for kids to relax and play, large rooms. Cons: expensive compared to its peers, pool timings are restricted till 7pm. Food is quite expensive. Advice: choose pool side view room, it's worth the stay.

A great place to recover from jet lag before heading out into the less crowded parts of India. The rooms are quite comfortable and the food is very good, as well. There's a nice pool and spa, and for birders, quite a variety of local birds visit the grounds.

Attended a family Marriage, other functions. Near to Delhi Gurgaon Border. Excellent ambience. Difficult to locate due to infrastructure Development in the area. Good experience. Peaceful, private and spacious.

Had a wonderful stay there at last week. The restaurant team and security guard in front of the first gate are doing great job, they were ready to help me and suggested me on a right way. Suggestion: could be improve with checkin service. Talk to the customer, give them suggestions and a local online guide can be helpful for outsiders.
