Good food and taste. Dosa and aloo poori were good and not oily at all. Service was also good.

It’s a decent place for family dining, with rich variety of South Indian and North Indian food. The meetha paan with ‘laung’ (clove) leaves a lasting taste that suits the tastebuds. Loved the Gulam Jamun, dosas and papads. Definitely a worthy place for visits. There is ample parking outside the building ‘JMD Galleria’ where it is located. The restaurant closes at 11:00 PM, so plan your visit accordingly. Service can be quicker, as a suggestion.

This place do not have a SOUTH INDIAN vibe at all till the time you get MENU in hand. Have dined here 3-4 times and I believe food consistency is not smthing they can boast off. Their Vada chaat is amazing although they sometime serve with cold curd or smtymz it is just room temperature which genuinely needs to improve. Dosa was alright, sitting is spacious & private too. The restaurant needs to go overhaul or renovation, the paints are coming off which is not a pleasant sight especially when you are paying 240 bucks for a DOSA

Was looking for authentic south Indian options and Google suggested this one first. Being a pretty well known brand we did not hesitate even for a moment. Parking was free and the premises is pretty huge in size. Service was very prompt. Ample staff to take care of your requirements. Food was as authentic as it gets. Very satisfied. Easy on pockets aswell. Definitely a must visit.

Located on the Ground floor of JMD Galleria you can find this outlet of a renouned South Indian chain of food. Cuisines available here are South Indian, North Indian & Chinese though its famous for food from South. Its a Vegetarian only restaurant providing home delivery services along with Indoor Dine in options. They serve Jain food too. The staff here is quite lethargic so you need to be pro-active with your orders else the typical delays. With time the Brand has actually faded and you can see the difference in taste of food from the childhood days. I had ordered Rava Dosa which was good but quality of Sambhar & Coconut Chutnet didn't really have that authentic South Indian cravings. Tried this outlet for the first time & its surely the last as Sambhar & Chutney is something which is more enticing than the dish. Not Recommended 👎

The best South Indian cuisine restaurant. There’s no doubt about this. I have tried lots of South Indian restaurants and stalls and what not but there’s nothing which can compare to Sagar Ratna. This particular restaurant is within the premises of JMD Galleria Mall on ground floor. The mall provide free parking as well. The restaurant serves food till 11:30 pm and it has been my go to place for so many years. The cost of course is a little more than what you would have expected but that’s just the only drawback I see. Rest all thing is good, the staff, the place, the service.

Loved the place and the service. Idli chaat is a must try over here. Dahi vada is also good. Dosa is mind blowing and their Sahar Ratna special thali is a must try. Also extra points to them for serving really good filter coffee.

Neat and clean place. Food taste is very nice, food quality is doubtful, I fees some kind of acidity after eating paneer pakoda. The quality of oil is not good.

Nice place for family gathering and having food Food quality is very good. Although south Indian food is their speciality but North Indian food taste is also very awesome. U would love the food here. Pls do remember the prices are not cheap but not very high as well.

In Executive thali they give 100 ml daal and 100 ml paneer only. In asking for daal their waiter said nai milegi. They should revert ki extra cost par le lo. But their service is very very low

All franchises of Sagar Ratna serve great food, so does this one. My personal favourite here is the Spring Roll Dosa. Anyone looking for a fusion taste, do try it!!

Great South Indian food and the Brand delivers every time the same taste. Consistency is Key and Sagar Ratna is Bang on It.

Nicely located on Sohna Road There was parking just right outside in the mall Atmosphere is obviously kid friendly Dosas are decent but were served cold cos they probably got the entire order together.. Maybe ask them to het whatever keeps getting ready.. the gad-bad sundae was nice, loaded with fruits nuts and icecream Reccommended to go if u are a vegetarian looking for south indian food on sohna road near subhash chowk

Taste was good for every cuisine we tried. We tried Tandoori platter, some special Dosa( sorry for getting its name) but it was good with Paneer stuffing. Taste was good. In the main course we tried kadai chaap and butter masala paneer with butter tandori roti ( they dont serve tava roti ). Now talking about the budget then it is bit costly but if you planning to come with friends then it can get into budget.

The food was delicious as always. Veg thali is to die for. Bụt service is not very good. Took around 45 minutes for the food to arrive while I noticed them serving other big groups quickly who arrived later than us. NVM. JMD itself doesn’t have anything else like for shopping of eating. Sagar Ratna is a good catch.

The food was delicious. We tried dal makhani, paneer, roti, raita, sambhar vada and all of it was really up to the standards. It's a great family restaurant situated in JMD galleria. They are mostly known for their south indian dishes but their north indian dishes are also good.

Food was not that great. I ordered a paneer dosa and i left all the paneer and just had the covering. Not a value for money place. The cushion of sofas are completely gone. Not at all comfortable to sit.

Visited yesterday with family dt. 01.10.2022...Ordered for a deluxe thali... The taste is barbaric...the ordered item received and the food menu picture of the thali is heaven and hell difference...gulab jamun and chaas is not provided but shown in the thali picture...and the taste is pathetic as compare to the price...not able to comment regarding the other food items but the thali is an absolute waste of money ...not at all recommendable.... Even the cold coffee is an absolute disappointment Will have much much better options at this price in some other restaurants... Not at all recommended...

Not qualitative any more. I remember this place was once my go-to place for South Indian but not after yesterday. The interiors are now rotten and the food is loosing both its taste and quality. Worst, the staff refuses you offers available foreseeing your interest in a particular item.

Had good and delicious south indian food. Economical restaurant for dinner with family and friends. They also offer lunch and have north indian dishes on their menu as well. We ordered Chettinad Masala Dosa, Mix Veg Uttappam and Bissibelle Bhaat. All three items were good, except the dosa which was quite soggy. If it had been served crisp and hot, it would have been better. Had been eating at Sagar Ratna (though different outlets) since years and it had never disappointed me.
