Pathetic services given by Trident(Oberoi )very shameful guys whoever’s read my review please don’t book for your wedding function. They cheat you and they don’t provide you best table service for bride and groom

The trident group of hotels is owned by the Oberoi group so one can expect very high levels of hospitality and exceptional food quality. The trident Gurgaon is right next door to the Oberoi and caters mainly to businesses travellers . Location is near all business and shopping areas. Breakfast buffet is excellent and service is impeccable.

Impeccable Experience Trident Gurgaon is nothing but a balance of Luxury, Prompt Sevice, and Hospitality. It was the most comfortable stay experience ever. From Check-in to Checkout, the experience was hassle-free and seamless; all the information given is complete. Always a prompt response to in-room services such as housekeeping, dining, etc. The room is also very well maintained, spotlessly clean bathroom and bed-also complimentary fruits to munch on, which is really thoughtful. Safety protocols are being adhered to with so much precision and accuracy. All the staff at all times are wearing masks, face shields & gloves and maintaining social distance. Proper temperature checks at the entrance for all every time, common areas are also sanitized at regular intervals. There are sanitizers placement at all possible common areas right from the restaurant entrance, multiple spots in the restaurant, washrooms, and elevators section on all floors. The tables allotted to the guests are sanitized before they are allowed to the next guest. This is by far the best demonstration of safety & hygiene protocols at any hotel. Coming to the food, the spread has many options in both vegetarian and non vegetarian; the live counter also has a bunch of options that could be requested and were made to the right specification. The food was scrumptious in terms of taste and quality. Trident Gurgaon definitely revamps the definition of HOSPITALITY! It is definitely a WOW experience for everyone who is staying with them, and I can say this without a doubt. The employees are trained so well that their actions reflect concern and care for the guests at all times. Such a warm bunch of enthusiastic people always on their toes to feel the guests feel very, very comfortable. Always smiling behind the masks & shields and promptly helping all the guests. The experience of any product or service is defined by the PEOPLE who take care of it and the employees. The management and employees definitely define SERVICE QUALITY with their warmth and promptness, which is very quick for all requests with accurate information. Big shout out to everyone working with this hotel. Employees at all levels are really hardworking and ensure the customer is treated to the best of their ability and comfort. Thank you for making it the best stay experience so far! Without a doubt staying with the same hotel again and recommending to anyone visiting.

Very beautiful property. Massive size of the building makes u feel tiny like in a some kind of royal palace which is mesmerising. Rooms are spacious with big comfortable bed. Water garden view is very unique and best to wake up to. All the amenities are there - minibar, iron and good hairdryer. The socket to plug the iron though is very difficult to find. It would be nice to have the information about it in the beginning. The pool is very big, there is also big spa and a pool bar. It was very hot in the afternoon and i felt the water was too cold - probably pool is not temperature controlled which is an important detail especially in less hot months. Also they refused to serve ice cream at the pool which was surprising and upsetting, I've been told I could have it in the restaurant only. The hotel has smoking rooms otherwise all the territory is non-smoking besides one small special smoking bench outside. So you can’t smoke at the bar or restaurant, even outside. The service at the all day dining restaurant was very good at the dinner - attention to detail, good product knowledge, friendly and professional approach. However at the breakfast i felt we were rushed. Plates were cleared even before finishing without asking, too many waiters, too many times checking if we needed anything else. They have huge choice of food which u need time to enjoy but felt like they wanted you to leave fast. The location unfortunately is not good. Seems like it is close to the mall (1 km) and airport (13km) by distance but traffic jam is so bad(you can also hear the honking from the highway) that it took us 30 min one way to reach the mall which is 1 km away but on the opposite side of the highway and 1 hour to reach the airport. And it was not any special date or time the taxi drivers were saying it is always like that there. The hotel staff also didn’t inform us about that they said - 20 min to the airport. And if you plan to visit the mall keep in mind that drivers don’t want to pick u up cause it is not far but too much traffic. It would be nice for the 5 star hotel to have a free shuttle bus to the mall. Overall, I would say good service and product balanced the imperfections. Good for a short stay without going out.

i stayed one night at the hotel during a work visit. it's definitely a very impressively made hotel with large water bodies outside and high ceilings inside. the rooms are spacious too although they look a tad dated. the service was top notch. i requested for a very late check out and it was granted without much of a hesitation. when i requested for a 430am wake up call, the reception was gracious enough to offer a warm cup of complimentary coffee along with the wake up call. i thought that was a very nice touch. i look forward to returning here.

3 stars for the Trident hotel? Why? Poor service mindset of the staff. They're super nice to international guest and absolutely disrespectful to Indian guests. Some one asked me as to why I started eating at a buffet in front of my colleagues even though we were asked to start eating. You guys really need to get this corrected.

The only advice I would give to the hotel is to make sure there are outlets on both sides of the bed to charge phones, batteries, and accessories. Also, it would be nice to have an outlet in the bathroom for plugging in a curling iron or hairdryer. The outlet was only for shaving razors. I asked for an extension cord and the hotel provided one so I could charge my phone & accessories next to the bed. I will definitely come back to stay here next time I’m in town!

You can book rooms using app, by call or offline. You can choose as per your convenience. They provide a high range of facilities within the campus. The night view of this place is simply awesome. Fire in between the water gives it all a very beautiful picturization.

It’s a lagoon in midst of concrete jungle Of gurgaon. One of the best hotels in gurgaon. From the valet parking, to front desk Staff in-house keeping is so humble and polite. Very courteous staff. Rooms are spacious and nicely done. Food at the restaurant is also good.

Simply a place one can escape and be present at. The architecture of this place has an Indian heritage touch along with the sand coloured walls. There are multiple options available for room booking, either over the space or over the view. You can choose as per your preference.

Really solid hotel good as a base for work. Some construction going on at the moment but you can hardly hear it. They dropped a little gift in the room and have a turn down service. Very solid breakfast buffet and a la cart options too. Staff are fantastic - they really make it.

Entering the hotel immediately transports you to a different world, a far cry from the noise and chaos of the Gurgaon traffic. The architecture is unique, with lots of water features. The best thing is the service. The staff are warm and friendly, always ready to help. The food is good, and the rooms spotless.

Spent a day here to relax by the pool and boy, was it wonderful!! Anshum in Cilantro was amazingly attentive during dinner as well as breakfast. Recommendations were spot on per our tastes. We also felt that overall the quality of food, presentation of dishes and base ingredients were of superior quality and the chefs have really brought out some amazing dishes. And then of course paired with right recommendations from Anshum, we felt we had a delightful gastronomic treat that you would otherwise not have in a buffet style setting - rather unexpected and exceeded our expectations.

The service is appallingly bad. We hosted a wedding party and were shocked at the poor level of service. The front office staff lacks soft skills and the service staff is lazy. The food is decent but the service just takes the whole experience down. We even expressed our concerns and feedback to the management.

Staff was good and professional! Placed a super yummy cake in my room as a celebration gesture from the hotel for my birthday. Took care of my child while we were having breakfast. Ensured a spontaneous reaction to our needs during our stay. Employee Samita was extremely helpful and GM Amit made sure of his personal intervention for us. Highly recommended!!!

We stayed at the Trident for 2 nights. The experience was good. The property is amazing. The room was good. Service was ok. Room service could have been better in terms of speed. The morning breakfast buffet was ordinary. Desserts, quality of food was not the best. Specially the desserts were not very fresh and hard. Other menu items were also ok. With Trident, we expected better quality and more options for breakfast buffet. Staff was courteous and welcoming !!

Totally money worth property.. it's hard to imagine that there is such a amazing/grand property hidden amidst of city

It was fine stay for me and whole family. Issues we faced were small but are not acceptable at the cost I am paying. First one is rooms were not ready at the time of checkin. We went in very hot weather and our rooms ac were switched off, it got about an hour to get good temperature in the rooms. The fridge was not working. They changed it after we noticed it. So in all it took 2 hours for us to get comfortable. Dinner was fine. I asked to reserve a table for breakfast since we were 9 people which included infant, kid and elderly ones. But they refused saying we will arrange in morning. In morning for breakfast we got tables separately which I didn't like since it is family outing I would have appreciated to have food on one table. We eat like this at our homes too. What the difference then. And to mention, it look lot of time in having those tables. It was fine stay.

Amazing property. Fantastic service (had a small incident but they tried everything to make it up during the stay). Just one issue- food options are limited in the menu but they allow you to order from outside and get it delivered to your room. Highly recommend.

Our stay here was excellent! We stayed here for 3 night, the location is very convenient from the airport with around 15 mins drive from the airport. Our room was extremely comfortable with an impeccable customer service! The laundry service was really good and the clothes were delivered way before time, the gym always smelt good with a nice poolside view. But the best for us was the Breakfast spread here especially the omelettes cooked by Mr Anmol, the omelette was made perfectly and consistent all 3 days( soft, custard like and golden yellow). The staff was extremely helpful, polite and courteous. Definitely coming back here if in Delhi.

Nice & clean place for a relaxing weekend. Restaurants serve all popular menus and have a climate controlled pool with gym, sauna etc which comes clubbed with your stay. The hill facing rooms are a bit on a higher side 15# but worth spending if its your first time.

One can never go wrong with Trident and the Oberoi group. The service, the attention to detail is always impeccable- have been to several other Tridents but this one stands out because of the beautiful architecture of the space. We didn't feel like we were in the heart of the city because of how well planned the hotel was. Total bliss!

Great service from all staff, food was excellent, rooms were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the yoga practice in the morning. The staff even arranged a birthday card and cake for my birthday - which was a lovely surprise. I would definitely recommend this hotel and Trident Jaipur. We had a great service and were very comfortable at both.

Definitely one of the best 5 star hotels you can find in Delhi NCR. Prime location, easily accessed, staff was friendly, beautiful from inside, they let outside food in. Rooms are super spacious, even the lower price room. Service is amazing, they had sent us special treats and balloons. The pool access is also for everyone, a lot of variety in breakfast if you opt for it Loved every bit of it.

Amazing place! All staff members are friendly and helpfull, they make you feel like a very special guest. Beautiful spacious architecture reminds of travels through Italy. The concept of garden standing in water right outside of your window brings memories of Venice. One may sit and watch the view change throughout the day and it's enchanting. There is lots of space to walk and relax, gym is also excellent!!! Food is excellent as well! Look forward to visiting more of these hotels in other parts of India.
